Need a way to schedule clinic shutdowns and LUNCH
you need a way to book lunch breaks easily, ongoing. the 52 week limit on ongoing repeated blocks is frustrating- should not have to remember to reset it every 52 weeks. Lunch breaks are pretty standard necessity in a schedule!!
Also- it allows an opportunity for online scheduling to sneak through before you reset it )=Also an easier holiday feature to block would be nice

Number counter for mark ups
Would be great to have a number counter on mark ups screen. As a med spa that does a high quantity of neurotoxin, having a counter to double check units w/b very helpful. I understand this number would not be connected to inventory or front desk check out (which w/b ideal), having a counting system would also help prevent lost revenue.

Allow offers to be applied to certain clients
In offers, it would be helpful to have the ability to restrict the offer to certain clients. Currently there is only an option to restrict to 'new clients'. This would allow special discounts for influencers, friends & family and even staff discounts to be more specific and minimize discount errors.

Put a rating category in all client profiles so we can track how many times someone has left a review for us!

Have a better history log for client profiles
If a guest makes a profile online and adds themselves to our waitlist but then cancels, that does not show up on their profile and now we're left wondering why the guest has a profile if they've never been here. Please add all history to client profiles, even if it shows as "canceled"

Separate batches for inventory
There needs to be a way to include multiple batches for product inventory. For example I often have 2 batches of neurotoxins and fillers at a time with different LOT numbers and expiration dates. There also needs to be a more efficient way to track product expiration.

Please allow for SORTING by date or name in the REPORTS folders
reports are sorted into FOLDERS but there is no way to sort them inside these folders, and what's more, there is no order to HOW they are sorted now.
can this be addressed???
would it be hard to at LEAST make this alphabetical by default????seems like such a simple thing and complete counterintuitive

Pool Chemical Log
As more and more float tanks and hydrotherapy spas are popping up - a way to log pool chemicals (Chlorine, Alkalinity, pH, etc) would be AMAZING. A simple log that can be stored in the software for easy reference.

Review Text - trigger based on "actual" checkout/order completion rather than the appointment end time
I wanted to share some feedback regarding the timing of review requests in the system. Currently, these requests are sent based on the scheduled appointment end time (described as checkout time in the support center), regardless of whether the client actually completed their appointment. This can result in review requests being sent to clients who didn’t show up.
It would be much more effective if the timeline for sending review requests was triggered by the actual checkout action for completed appointments. This would ensure that requests are only sent to clients who showed up for their visit. Ideally, we’d like…

We would like to be automatically notified of any merchant account updates / changes. This way, we do not have to reach out to support for a current status.

Online Booking - Make it clear card is for holding reservation
a lot of our online booking clients assume they have already paid for their services when booking online because they can add tip and input CC details. Many are confused because there is not a message saying that it is only holding the reservation for the appointment. Can there be a statement saying no charge is complete until day of service?

Add “Report Created” Trigger for Zapier Integration
Please add a “report created” trigger to Boulevard’s Zapier integration — especially for performance or sales reports.
As a single-location business owner, I rely heavily on KPIs to grow my team and track performance, and I’m building automated dashboards using tools like Zapier, Google Sheets, and Klipfolio.
However, right now there’s no way to trigger an automation when a Boulevard report is generated, which limits our ability to sync data in real time or even on a recurring basis.

Patient identifier on printed treatment records.
When patient treatment records are printed, there is no patient identifier on each page. This is crucial for us and would be extremely useful.

Please add a filter for "NO upcoming appointment"
We need to be able to filter audiences by "no upcoming appointment" so that we can have emails go out only to patients who have no appointments on the schedule!

You add some type of notifcation bell for Messages, Phone Calls, Bookings.
We have BLDV up on the computer all day and we are kinda busy so its quick to forget to stop at the computer real quick to check and see if someone has messaged/texted us, booked a sameday appointment, or if someone is calling. Unless we are standing at the computer most times we miss all the potential notifcations until someone stops and looks. So i would love the abilty to have a sound when atleast a message comes in!

Weeks at a time wait list.
When clients or receptionists need to put someone on the waitlist, make it available to put them on the waitlist for weeks at a time for any openings that come up besides same day.
