  1. Give us the ability to enter a future price increase in products or services. If a product increases on the 1st of the month, for ex., we have to scramble to do it that day! Why can’t we be organized, prepare for it and have the system apply the correct price on that date? Even the old Millennium had that. Thanks

  2. It would be easier to recognize a new guest on the schedule if the logo appeared in a bright red color, vs just the star or heart (can't remember which one it is at the moment.)

  4. When adding a client to the waitlist, there should be an option for a date range, not just a specific date. For example, a client has an appointment scheduled 2 weeks out but would like to be on a waitlist for any date sooner. It's a lot of work to add them to the waitlist for each of the days before.

  5. Upon adding items to a guest checkout it cuts off half the name. It would be nice if you could hold the curser over the item added to an order and have it display the entire name of the item added to an order.

  6. We want to run different promos where the discount is higher for more money spent. There should be a way that we implement a rule that says that code is only good when spending x amount of money like BF2023 10% off up to $250 and 20% off from $250-500... etc.

  7. Occassionally manufacturers will alter or update an items barcode for their own reasons. Businesses are placed in a strange situation where although the product is largely the same (size, color, volume, formula) but the packaging has been altered so that the barcode is different or the name of the product is slightly different.

    Remaining stock needs scannability with the old barcode, but new stock needs the new barcode. Having the ability to have both scans register as the same product would make the transition seamless for staff requiring only input of this into the product details if it were possible.

  8. 3 of our 4 locations are rental, and not everyone processes their service payments through Boulevard. We would love to have a report for ALL booked appointments regardless of if they are checked out, so that we have an accurate appointment count for each location.

  9. Ability to have a different tip percentage prompts for different services. This is because on some high ticket items like Botox, Filler, etc. it is not customary to tip the same amounts as regular services

  11. When looking at the Front Desk view, tags for appointments and tags for profiles are all in the top right corner of client boxes. They should be in separate places so it's easier to differentiate

  12. The new message tab does not preserve line breaks in sent messages. They do send with the line breaks, but the message window does not show them. This can make sent messages very hard to read/understand. Especially when you are sending a list of openings to someone wanting to book. The list on our end ends up looking like this:

    Hi Name, We have the following openings: Tuesday at 2:00 with Kate Wednesday at 4:00 with Steve Thursday at 12:00 with Jane Friday at 1:00 with Marcy Please let us know if you would like any of those appointments

    Perms, want to keep it so that client history across locations show the same service, but the modifiers may be different by location and pricing also is highly different for locations.
