Adjusting profesional app time settings
Currently the professional app is set for 1 am to 11 pm. It would be helpful to be able to customize the calendar to reflect biz hours.

Open forms in separate tab
The new update where the forms open in the same tab is very inconvenient and time-consuming, especially when checking and filling out client information and medical history. Can we please go back to the forms opening as a new tab?

Populate Client Profile from Intake Forms
It would be amazing if preferred names, preferred pronouns, and birthdays could be input into client profiles attached to appointments after intake forms are filled out.
119 votesHey folks, thank you for taking the time to provide your input! As of today, all Boulevard forms customers can connect Client Profiles to forms and charts. Your Client Profile can be configured so that it updates based on form and chart responses and you can auto-populate charts to save time. As a result, you’ll also be able to report on the data that flows from forms and charts like client age, zip code, and referral source. Check out this support article to learn more.

Please Remove the automatic checked box "Resend updated confirmation" from the editing internal notes screen
We are constantly emailing clients confirmations by accident every time we add a tag or note to an appointment. This feature is new and very difficult to work with and makes us look messy as a business.

Provide a status for whether or not an idea is approved and will be implemented
If an idea is submitted for functionality we would like to see in this app, we have no way of knowing whether or not it's approved. Additionally, if approved, we would like to be able to see a status of where it is in the queue and approximate rollout date.

Suggestion for new planned client app
Please don't make a username/password (log-in) a requirement to schedule online.
For people that want the app features like checking history and upcoming appnts, adding payment methods etc, let them get the app and create a log-in. Other clients don't want to do this, they just want to book an appointment.
With another software system we are currently using, it's not possible to schedule online without registering in the client portal and most of our clients hate this. Thanks!

Online Booking with Service Desription
When clients are booking online they are not sure on exactly what each service is or what they should be booking for. So it would be great if on the online booking it would give a brief description of what each service is.

Enable "View Times" in dashboard for blocked clients
Clients can be blocked because they should call for availability instead, not necessarily because they aren't welcome at the business. In these cases, keeping the "View Times" feature instead of visually finding availability in the calendar is preferred.

A Status for client that are currently worked on instead of just check-in.
It would be very helpful if we can have a separate status for customer who is currently worked on by a technician.
1 voteThe "Active" Status within the Front Desk view can be used to indicate an appointment that is currently in progress. If you do not currently have the "Active" appointment status visible in your Front Desk view, it can be enabled in the Manage Tab, under "Active Appointment State -> Enable Active Appointment State"

Option to disable rescheduling through confirmation emails
Have the option to disable the Reschedule button for clients on the confirmation email.
2 votesToday we added this as a location setting! Head to Manage Location then scroll down on the details tab until you get to Location Features. Uncheck the box to disable clients' ability to reschedule their own appointments on the Appointment Details Page.

Services can be zero minutes - to allow us to book enhancements
Enhancements are services within the main service time - they do not add any time to the appointment but they attract an additional fee for additional work and have to be added in separately. Hence, there should be the option to add the service to the list for zero minutes.
