  1. Is there not just a simple way to see debit vs credit cards? that's the only thing i can think of that may be causing such a discrepancy in how much is collected vs what I' paying in fees. Offset should be charging guests 3% but I'm routinely paying 2.5% and the guests are paying 1.5%. If this is because they are all using debit cards I need to be able to figure that out without going down a back alley to locate and download a spreadsheet that I then have to reconfigure so I can actually read it.

  4. There are some services we offer that require little to no effort from our staff (ex. Sauna or Normatec sessions, compared to other services like massage). It feels awkward asking for a tip for such simple services. I would love to have the choice on whether or not to ask the client for tip, like a box we can check or uncheck before we initiate the checkout process.

  7. The date of service needs to be added to all receipts that don't get closed out the same day. When closed out after service date, it gives the current date and clients get confused and think they're getting charged when not being in that day.

  10. oftentimes clients will book appointments for their kids, spouses, parents, friends, etc. and want to pay for the service, but we don't want to put their credit card on someone else's file. right now that's our only option, or we have to book under the paying client's name (which causes confusion for service providers and makes their appointment history inaccurate), or we have to add a $0 service for the paying client just to add their name to the invoice. this is too complicated and we should be able to add a separate person as a paying client so we…

  11. A messenger bot that actively scans the schedule searching for inefficiencies in the timing of appointments.

    1.) Give the bot info on how your appointment timing works. (i.e. a 30 minute takes up three 15 minute spaces or a 60 minute occupies five.)

    2.) Bot determines which appointments to move in order to increase room for additional appointments

    3.) The bot engages with the client over sms asking to move up or down

    4.) The appointment is moved and confirmation is sent

Sometimes we need to add additional forms after a client has already confirmed their appointment, and we are forced to have them fill out the form in-office because the "resend form reminder" email sent to them says "confirm your appointment" instead of something like "please fill out this form". So patients do not complete the form because they have already confirmed their appointment...

  18. Where new clients come from is critical information to understand. Currently, referral source isn't a mandatory field to complete a profile and I think it should be! Our team constantly forgets or skips asking this and it's lead to tons of profiles without a referral source. If it's not mandatory then it should be a warning when creating a profile.

    In an ideal world this would be a backend setting "make referral source mandatory"
