We just added our first add-on! Yay. But we have discovered you cannot actually see that there is an add-on in the mobile calendar without clicking into the apt and reading carefully. This needs to be visual and bold.
We are having reception leave notes to staff on top of their shift for the day in a block, but pls make some kind of add-on marker!! or they will totally be missed. Building it was easy though and we are excited by this option!

A report for prebooking
A report to see which clients prebooked. for example you pull up a report the week of March 4th thru the 10th. It would show the number of clients you saw and how many of them prebooked.

ADding on a service, but provided by a different provider
It would be nice if we could pair two services together, even if both services require different providers in different service roles.
For example, if someone needs extractions and salt exfoliation (esthetician) prior to a dermal stamping (injector)... it would be nice to book one service called "dermal stamping" provided by the injector, that would allow us to add on the esti service of the extractions and salt exfoliation.

Ability to use account credit / gift card for deposits and booking
When clients cancel their appointments or reschedule, their booking deposits remain as credits and they have to pay twice if they were to reschedule, necessitating employee intervention manually. If you allow clients to use their account credits to pay for deposits, they won't have to call us or pay twice when they rebook or cancel outside the period for a fee.

NET Sale Report - Subtract the cost of the product used in the service
There is not a report that calculates the NET sale based on product usage. (Yes there is one for a business charge - but we are using Botox and Filler so the cost varies per service) We really need a report that shows us the NET profit of each service, subtracting the cost of the products used in that service.

Add Tags to Retention Report
With the improved retention, reports add client tags, and services name, so the report can exclude clients who are tourists, or clients who no call/no show and were charged late cancelation fees

Ability to remove completed appointments on the calendar
The business wants to the ability to override an appointment that has been completed in error so that the time slot on the calendar can be open for others to select on the widget.

Book appointment using Gift Cards online
Must be able to use a gift card as a form of payment for online booking!! We're getting charged double in credit card fees since we are not refunded the fees when we refund someones card.

Pre-generated Marcos in forms
Custom macro in forms. The business wants to be able to identify what response they would like for each custom macro.
This allows the business to have one main form for all locations and when this form is being signed at a specific location, it will populate that location's custom macros.

Block usage of gift card if customer disputes the charge
We recently had a customer dispute the credit card charge for a gift card purchase. Some form of option to block usage of the gift card while the dispute is worked out would be great. I can zero it out, but then if the dispute resolves in my favor I need to reactivate it and house the purchase. (this whole process screws up all kinds of reports)
Some way of (preferably automatically) blocking that gift card from being used until the dispute is resolved would be very helpful. Or simply voiding the card when the dispute is created is another…

Time of Day Color Coding
Some of our providers have dedicated times for types of appointments and it would be helpful to have those parts of shifts a different color

Date Range for Waitlist
Currently, there is only the option to have "First Available" or "Specific Date" as selected. A lot of times our clients have to come in after a certain time but book out just in case to a later date (hence, the waitlist). Having the option to select a "Date Range" where we put in a "start" or "from this date" to a "to this date" (be able to select on a calendar as if making an appointment) drop down or whatnot would be super helpful for efficiency.
