Brand Awareness
Boulevard has MUCH to be desired in terms of client (the business/practice using boulevard) brand awareness. Our business spend a lot of money on marketing and setting ourselves apart from the rest. I am unsure why there are not more personalization options available to the clients who are supporting boulevard. The current options available are even less than what square merchant processer offers.
My booking overlay appears to be out of the stone age.

Upload Inventory Audit for Reconciliation
Inventory audits are TIME CONSUMING! Currently physical counts are then manually compared to Boulevard counts, which adds up to hours of time investment each month. Would love the option to upload a form that includes our physical counts, which would then auto-flag items with discrepancies. This would save a tremendous amount of work. (This functionality exists in other software brands, so would also help to keep Boulevard in par with its competitors) :)

STOP ADDING RESOURCES TO SCREEN DURING BOOKING!!!
Can we PLEASE stop with the resources populating the schedule every time we book an appointment. It's incredibly frustrating and TIME WASTING TO HAVE TO GO DELETE THEM ALL AGAIN, AND AGAIN, AND AGAIN ALL FRICKING DAY LONG!!!!! If I wanted all those columns jumbling up my schedule I would put them there!! UGH!!!!!!!!!!

Could you make the dashboard more user-friendly on mobile devices? For example, the touch sensitivity is very high, and scrolling across the page often causes appointments to drag unintentionally. Additionally, the dashboard on Android does not allow moving clients from Confirmed to Active—only to Arrived. Having the ability to move clients through all statuses (Confirmed → Arrived → Active) on mobile would greatly improve usability.

Enable patients to see and review forms signed and needs to be signed
Create a way for a provider to sign a form and then send to patient to "sign off" on like the Good Faith exam. Also enable review of forms signed on patient portal.

Better Automated Late Cancellation for Clients
When clients want to modify their appointments outside of our cancellation window - they can agree to the cancellation fee themselves instead of being forced to call the salon. This will help with "last minute" cancellations due to clients being unable to do so online.

express booking and secured credit card link
our former booking platform had an Express Booking option. New client would call in, we would get their name and number and book the service with service provider and then while still on the phone we selected "Express book" we would say "did you see that text come through?" OK perfect. Just finish filling that out in the next 10 min and your booking will be confirmed and all set. Resource Double Book Alert
Alert if trying to book an appointment when a resource is already booked at that time. Ex, we only have one SkinPen and it is already in use, alert our front desk if they are trying to double book that device.

There should be a way to auto-toggle staff as assignable when creating new services. Or assign to specific roles.

Have more colors for service providers
More colors for service providers. There are only 13 colors available and we have more providers then that. So we have to repeat the color and it's very confusing when you look at the schedule. Thank you

Back-to-Back Restriction for Specific Procedure
We have one specific procedure, that shouldn't be scheduled back-to-back for the same person because it is very physically demanding. There must be at least a 1.5-hour break between appointments for this procedure for the same person.
Would it be possible to add a scheduling rule so that, once a person is booked for this specific procedure, she cannot be booked for another appointment for the SAME procedure for 1.5 hours before or after that appointment, while still being available for other procedures during that time?3 votes -

Allow an option to add a "parent account" for children or spouses with the same card info
add an option to "link" another client's payment method to their spouse or child's account that will automatically show up as a payment method in checkout and wallet.
