  1. Each staff member should have a booking link that they can send to clients so that that client or lead can only see their calendar. Instead they are also sending their potential leads and clients a link that also has their "competition" on there. Especially for businesses on BLVD that are booth rent.

  2. We have a big office with 12 treatment rooms and almost 20 employees. It would be extremely helpful to have an internal messaging system for employees. Especially so for Guest Relations so they're all on the same page (we have 6 receptionist to relay messages to).

  5. I would love to be able to set a default calendar view. It is very time consuming that whenever we refresh or log in the calendar view switches. It will just decide this time it is going to show 1 day, 1 team member and all the resources. For instance, I personally like to see a full week at a time so every time I go to the calendar, I have to toggle off all the resources and toggle on the staff and then choose the week view.   6. Make the App more user friendly and add more functionality

    There is very limited things you can do on the app. We should be able to send messages to the client in the app from the boulevard number, View common owner functions, view reports (cash, sales, choose timeframe), checkout clients with tap or card swipe connector, add items and services, view transactions.

  10. Can we please get Time Blocks for Resources as we have for Providers?? We need to block a laser off for 3 hours for a scheduled Service Call, but Do Not want to set the entire day as 'Unavailable'. As there are already appoints set for that day and we would like our available hours to be open for booking. Thank you!

  11. Hello Blvd, Not pleased with the Voucher update. The receipt is very confusing to read for our clients. I need to explain how to read the receipt. Which was a surprise to read at first for me too, until Blvd chat helped me understand the breakdown.

    It does not help with our accounting, the Reports on the daily summaries includes the voucher amount taken in for the day. So we need to manually subtract the voucher amount from our total received because we already have collected that amount when the client/s had purchased their series or membership before they came…

  12. It would be great to be able to adjust the time of the appointment right in the calendar itself instead of having to click on the appointment and editing it. A simple click and drag up or down would be GREAT.

  15. If I type in a phone number to text in messages and I need to create a new profile from there, it shows all new fields as blank including phone number. Makes no sense to type a phone number to create a new client just to re-type it. Or if a new number texts us, I usually have to write the phone number down to be able to save all their info. Please don't make things this difficult as our time is precious as a receptionist.

  17. HydrationRoom is requesting the option for saved replies or templates in the “Messages” Tab.
    For example; a saved reply for when someone still hasn’t confirmed, our receptionist could click next to the “GIF” button and select “Not Confirmed” and it would auto populate a message “Hi – We still do not have a confirmation for your appointment today. Please let us know if you would like to reschedule. Thanks!”

    As always with Boulevard it may boost their bottom line with another way to capture text revenue, but it falls short from an end user perspective. There are suggestions that go back years about Duo that have not, to date, been addressed...   19. I really like BLVD so far, but a lot of the users on this platform are providing medical treatments and the charting system should reflect that. I want to be able to have lab results integrated, as well as a way to chart a visit of any kind without having to make a form. Ive never had to make forms with other systems. BLVD should include a more medical/professional charting system.
