Merging appointments for the same client
Merge appointments for the same client without having to cancel one of the original single appointments that were booked separately. Merging appointments should be an option prior to them arriving on the day of their scheduled service as well. Similar to the reschedule and cancel buttons when you select an appointment - it would be great to have a merging option as well.

Automated Campaign Audience Filters - Reminder to Book
When setting up an automated Reminder to Book campaign, we want to be able to filter the types of clients that the message is sent to - not just to all clients in our system. We have Botox clients that need to schedule 3-4 months out, compared to laser hair removal clients who need to come every 6-8 weeks or aesthetic clients who need to come in once a month. This feature is unusable if we are not able to target specific groups of clients.

Profile Photo of Client
There should be a way for our nurses to see the photo our clients to prevent inaccurate charting. As soon as they click their name a profile photo should pop up so they can confirm the patient.

Adding addendums to completed charts
It should be possible to make edits to charts after being completed, and the edits should be auditable. There should be a larger character limit as well than notes currently allow.

Inventory Tracking Enhancement: Lot Numbers and Expiration Dates
This feature would introduce the ability to track lot numbers and expiration dates for inventory items. Currently, the system only allows input of quantities, SKU/UPC, pricing, cost, category, and brand information. The proposed enhancement would:
- Add fields for lot numbers and expiration dates in the inventory management system
- Enable tracking of products by lot, improving traceability
- Allow for better management of perishable or time-sensitive inventory
- Facilitate easier recalls or identification of expired products
- Enhance reporting capabilities to include lot and expiration information

in most medical emr systems medical directors have a option to do a batch signing where they can sign 15 compleated charts at one time this would help with flow

I suggest you put a google review link in the follow up text after a service.
I love that customers can do a review in their follow up texts, but it would be even better if they had a link to give us a review on google. Otherwise, these reviews are only seen internally. I would like these great reviews to be seen by everyone.

Show an icon or something on the appointment letting us know if charts/forms are not completed.

Bulk edit products
Bulk editing of products would be a time saving feature. For example, if a particular brand/product line will be purchased from a different vendor a bulk edit would be beneficial so we don't have to individually switch them over.

Message clients from the Professional App
We also need to be able to text our clients via the app as well. We keep everything in house and so in order to message thru boulevard we have to log into a browser, sign in, and then text via a tiny screen.

In-Store E - Gift Cards. We sell a lot of gift cards and we need to be able to sell e-giftcards online . is this something coming in the future? this is vital to our business during the holiday season and had I known this was not an option I might have chosen another platform to run business.

Camera Grid & Alignment Templates for Consistent Photos
Add camera grids and face alignment templates (like RXPhoto) so photos can be lined up the same way every time. This would allow consistent before/after pictures with preset angles (front, profile, 45°) and make comparisons more accurate.

Wait list for clients in online booking
We have had several clients add themselves to the waitlist online through the option that says, "don't see a time that works for you, join the waitlist," but they have added themselves to days that our providers are not working. For example, we have a provider who works only 3 days a week, and people add themselves to the days that she doesn't even work. If there were a way to display that certain providers are unavailable so that clients dont put themselves on a list they will never get off of that would be ideal.

when I go to a client in the system I should be able to send them forms and charts. having to book a new appointment is tedious
send client forms without having to falsify an appointment. some clients add new services. some forget. it really messes up the calendar and irritates clients and staff. wasted time.

Staff notification when an appointment is rescheduled.
Service providers should receive a push and/or text notification when a client or the front desk reschedule an appointment that impacts a service provider.

Increase gift card max and allow multiple gift card purchases in one transaction
Current gift card max is $500, which limits our ability to sell gift card bonus specials. Plus you can't even buy multiple gift cards in one transaction to offset that limit. Please fix this. You should be able to buy gift cards for any value.

Prevent Double Booking
Prevent admin from double booking room, and or device with an alert. Mistakes happen especially when you have several rooms and busy.
