  1. Being able to see previous charting quickly is vital. Is there a way to "Rename" old charting so we could make a quick call on what was done without having to open each file ? EX:

    1/1/25- Laser Hair removal Chin, upper lip and legs..

    instead of

    1/1/25- Advanced charting

  3. A custom laser package sale may not happen upon their in-person consultation. The client may leave with a quote sheet and decide to complete their purchase at a later date. In this case, it would be great to be able to revisit that open order from their profile when they call back to avoid needing to search for it via the Sales tab

  4. We use reports to categorize & pull past clients in order to follow up with them. It would be much more convenient to add a category/ability to customize report to add their contact info to the reporrt. As of now, you have to copy/paste the name or click into more details.

  9. When a refund is issued on Boulevard, the system should automatically revoke any applied vouchers and deduct the corresponding points from the user's account. This ensures that the refund process is seamless, and there is no confusion or discrepancy regarding the voucher or points balance.

  13. On the history tab where we put our comments/notes for the visit, after so many visits they disappear and we are unable to look back at those notes.
    Maybe add a next page button so we can still have record of all appt notes.

  14. I would love to see us collect more data, I want to be able to mark client details fields as mandatory - this would also allow us to build better audiences. For example First Name, Last Name is mandatory but also we want to make birthdays, phone numbers and emails so that patients can be contacted for reminders or marketing etc.

    I need this to hold my staff responsible for collecting it as well.

  16. When a number isn't in the system under a profile it shows in messages as "unknown". Sometimes we end up creating a profile for the person. It would be super helpful to be able to create a profile right from the messages. As it is, we need to go to the clients tab, create a new client, and then manually copy the phone number from the messages tab (You can't even select to copy and paste the number)

    Hey Folks! After reviewing some more, this request seems more focused on an app that clients would download to their devices. We're actively working on expanding our client-facing functionality, but we're going to start with a mobile-friendly browser experience before building out a mobile app. You can follow along on our progress for that client functionality here.

  18. This would allow for splitting of commissions on products and/or services.

    • Potentially: if we build out the ability to assign multiple sellers in the checkout window we’ll be able to pass that data down to the Compensation App accordingly

  20. Allow group bookings for more than one existing client instead of just the client making appointment. Otherwise, it creates a new profile for all guests except the client making the appointment, and client profiles have to be merged.
