  1. The blue banner about returning clients logging in doesn't add very well to the booking overlay's design and I wish this could be in a different color/layout or allowed to customize.

  2. it is very confusing that the app background for availability is white and the closed hours are grey and the desktop version is completely opposite. Please adjust it to reflect exactly how it appears on the dashboard.

  3. It would be beneficial to have the maiden name of clients connected to their profile as well. We have clients get referred and list a client's maiden name or married name, but we can't find them in the system because their new/old last name isn't updated.

  6. We have a mandatory liability form that all clients must sign to utilize our services. Sometimes clients start the form and do not press submit -then ipad times out and the signature is lost. It would be great to have an alert at check out to notify us if a client has not fully completed their necessary forms for that reservation.

  7. More visible change to page when toggling between different locations. It could be as simple as the information bar at the top changing colors or the logo changing . Something more eye catching to let Client services know what location they are making changes to

  8. It would be great if there was an easy and straightforward way to allow services to only be available during certain days and/or times. We have two new services that we only want to offer during specific times on Fridays and there isn't an easy way to do that. Right now the workaround is creating a resource to attach to the service which has some limitations.

  11. In 2024 the tap to save a credit card option should be a given. Having to hook up a USB swiper is both cumbersome and not secure. This should definitely be an option with Duo integration.

  14. I have renters at 3 of my 4 locations, and some of them use Boulevard at home on their computer after hours. I want to limit the "Assign Services" privilege for them, so that they can only edit their own service timing and pricing (not for other stylists, or for the salon as a whole). It needs to be a separate permission, and not accessible to the whole company's services.

  18. we would love to be able to have an "add on" increase the processing time of the appointment. for example, we do IV therapy and have a 30 minute processing time when the IV is running in. we have an extra fluids Add on which adds 30 minutes for the IV to run in. as of now, when a client selects this it adds 30 minutes to the end of the appointment. we would love it to only add to the processing time so the staff is available for other clients.

  19. It would be helpful to be able to specify what stylists are willing to take new client online bookings. I have a few service providers that no longer want to take new clients. But don't want to get rid of online booking completely, because current clients like to schedule online with them. It would be helpful to have a setting where stylists can choose if they would like to be available for new online bookings.
