  1. Currently, membership statuses only reflect a single state at a time. This limits visibility into important membership history and lifecycle changes. For example, if a membership is in a past due state and the customer then cancels, the system only shows cancelled, which removes critical context.

    Ask is to see an enhancement that allows multiple statuses to be displayed simultaneously or in sequence such as showing both past due and cancelled status within the membership.

  3. I have had difficulty setting up an Event that i need clients to sign up for. I have had to use another platform and then encored cost. Maybe I am unaware how to do, but thus far have not been able to do this.

  5. When looking at a refund for an order, there is no indication for whether commission was clawed back or not. It would be ideal to have that on the refund and not have to look at the detailed commission report.

I want to be able to rearrange services on the calendar and NOT have to change the specific times in the edit screen to flip flop service times - please allow for some feature when dragging appointments on the calendar where you can switch which service is first and easily move it around on the calendar screen. Please and thank you.

  10. Create an option for a custom package. For example, if we run a BOGO laser hair removal package, we would need to make a package for every single area (underarms, bikini etc) and then change them monthly. Can we please have a custom package option where we can load vouchers, discounts etc all at once to check them out with?

  11. when looking at service/product catalog or staff members, inactive profiles are unnecessary so a filer would be helpful. Not all records reports have an "active" column so it isn't always actually even clear what is active or not.

  12. Updating a past product / package sale for example will move the sale in reporting from the date of sale to the date it was updated for said provider.

    This essentially invalidates past iterations of said report and can cause issues with accounting. We would like an option to turn this behavior off or an offering of a solution.

  13. As a medical practice having the date and time a patient signs a form or a provider signs a chart is very important. Currently, each record shows a time stamp on the computer but this does not appear when it is printed. Having this printed would be very helpful for any medical legal issues. Thank you.

  14. Could we add a feature to the cancellation tab that allows for direct follow-up with the client? It would be helpful if this also reflects the client's response or status change, so we can track engagement and offer rescheduling opportunities in a streamlined way.

  16. Some stylists don't charge over Boulevard, so if there was a way to close out a clients appointment so it grays out so we know its been paid and taken care of instead of it staying the same color.

  17. Allow an option for providers to see their own ratings without having to give them permission to other admin privileges. Also allow providers to see their own so they can reply to them, without them seeing rating that aren't theirs. It would be nice if the specific provider could receive notifications when they got these reviews as well!

  18. If you create a client from the checkout window and do not click "Save Client" before processing the payment the system does not save the client (Even if you click "Save Client" on the following screen (Where you can print a receipt)).

    This can leave an order without a client even when you intended to add a client and in fact clicked "Save Client"

    Being able to add a client to an order that doesn't have a client assigned would fix this issue. Making a permission level for this would prevent fraudulently assigning clients for loyalty purposes.

  19. As a front desk agent I should be able to create time blocks for my service providers. It shouldn’t be something special to just management. I need to be able to schedule their breaks and lunches. And also let my other front desk know not to touch an area!!

  20. The tags should only show up under a select service even if it's the same client. For example, if a couples is getting a couples massage and then getting facials after, the "couples" tag also shows up under the facial services when we only use the couples tag to let our massage therapist know there in couples room.
