  1. when looking at service/product catalog or staff members, inactive profiles are unnecessary so a filer would be helpful. Not all records reports have an "active" column so it isn't always actually even clear what is active or not.

  2. Updating a past product / package sale for example will move the sale in reporting from the date of sale to the date it was updated for said provider.

    This essentially invalidates past iterations of said report and can cause issues with accounting. We would like an option to turn this behavior off or an offering of a solution.

  3. As a medical practice having the date and time a patient signs a form or a provider signs a chart is very important. Currently, each record shows a time stamp on the computer but this does not appear when it is printed. Having this printed would be very helpful for any medical legal issues. Thank you.

  4. Could we add a feature to the cancellation tab that allows for direct follow-up with the client? It would be helpful if this also reflects the client's response or status change, so we can track engagement and offer rescheduling opportunities in a streamlined way.

  5. I came from Vagaro and they had easy to read visual data charts. I am a visual person and numbers/text are hard to read. Having easy to read Data such as graphs, pie charts is ideal for business to see the numbers easier for visual people.

  7. Allow an option for providers to see their own ratings without having to give them permission to other admin privileges. Also allow providers to see their own so they can reply to them, without them seeing rating that aren't theirs. It would be nice if the specific provider could receive notifications when they got these reviews as well!

  9. As a front desk agent I should be able to create time blocks for my service providers. It shouldn’t be something special to just management. I need to be able to schedule their breaks and lunches. And also let my other front desk know not to touch an area!!

  10. The tags should only show up under a select service even if it's the same client. For example, if a couples is getting a couples massage and then getting facials after, the "couples" tag also shows up under the facial services when we only use the couples tag to let our massage therapist know there in couples room.

  11. Please please please please create a way to sort offers or put them in folders or something. It's absolute insanity after awhile with discount codes, influencer codes, adjustment codes... and it only sorts by recency. Sorting first, searching second (though that can be handled by a good ol' CTRL + F)

  12. Sometimes clients will text photos for us to share with our stylists/colorists but we are unable to then share these photos via outgoing texts. This seems like a simple fix that would benefit communication.

  14. If you charge clients a no-show fee in Blvd, it counts towards your service and appointment count in all reporting. This provides an inaccurate count of actual completed appointments. Blvd should have these fully separate, or have the ability to filter them out. No-show charges ideally would function more like a product sale.

  17. Currently you cant see the prices of services easily at all when booking. It does not show you the price of the appointment until you are almost done booking it. I would like to be able to easily see all prices for different artists while I am on the phone with a client. Right now I have to basically book it to be able to tell them the price.

  18. I'm a sole owner/practitioner and have the main line to the compnay routed to my cell phone. However, it will sometimes get listed as SPAM or missed while I'm with clients and therefore lose potential leads. It would be great to have a feature that we can opt in to where any missed incoming calls get sent a text message letting them know we are busy/if they have any questions/etc so as not to miss out on business.

  19. I know we can grey out a product by dis-enabling but I would LOVE to really clean out our inventory by removing products completely, especially because we have duplicates made on accident.
