  1. Be able to color code the resources (by time) so that it matches the providers scheudles... MUCH easier to eyeball the schedule/room availability!

  3. boulevard needs to make a way for medspas to enter diagnosis codes and cpt codes. currently we dont even have a way to make that information show up in notes on a patient receipt.
    Patients that wish to send to an insurance company on their own have to have this information.

    You also DEFINATELY need a way to make a non global area on a patient receipt to add notes for the patient to see

  7. Be able to utilize voucher for products tied to services. We have our neurotoxin appointment that has 3 options for add ons with the product of "botox" "dysport" or "xeomin" tied to each add on service. We would love to be able to have clients bank units on their account, but currently are unable as the voucher is only good for the whole appointment and not for the individual product (ex: 42u botox)

  9. When a client books a service online and requests a certain provider, it should give you the option to always default to that provider. This way is a client calls in to book and for some reason the front desk didnt ask which provider, they don't have to search forever to find who their normal provider it. Same goes if someone had a terrible experience. The client or staff should be able to block a provider to ensure they are never accidentally booked with them.

  12. The ability to set custom reasons for appointment cancellations. This is to help differentiate between true cancellations where the client does not rebook or move their appointment to another location. Additionally, these reasons should be available in reporting to allow the business to accurately report on the reasons they are seeing cancelled appointments.

  13. I have patients who originally bought product credits but then will change their minds and want to change it into account credit towards another service. as of right now, there's no way to transfer or change the credit. you have to create an appointment, check out the products, and then create a new product credit.

    it'd be much easier to change it directly into account credit.

  15. The booked forecast by staff report is super helpful for providers to see what their next few weeks look like, but they aren't able to see it without seeing all of the summaries. Please either make it individually shareable, or create the report in the report tab so we can have it sharable to them.

  16. it automatically moves the future booking to today’s date. I suggest leaving the future booking on the date that’s booked for, unless we want to change the date ourselves.

  17. When I open a booking to edit or reschedule, it automatically moves the future booking to today’s date. This is counterintuitive and causes lot of scheduling mishaps if I’m in a rush or my assistant isn’t paying attention. I suggest leaving the future booking on the date that’s booked for unless we want to change the date ourselves. Also, as an aside, just logging in and getting past password verification and “Oops” pages to post a suggestion maybe wanna beat my head into a wall.
