Auto Add outstanding balances on checkout
It is difficult to track when patients owe you- especially when it is busy at checkout time. Make a feature where it auto ads in the outstanding amount to the current checkout with a note in the sidebar what it relates to

only lists 3-5 forms when you try to add a form/chart to a days visit- and NO SEARCH option
feedback- I dislike the new format as it only lists 3-5 forms when you try to add one on an office visit, and there is no way to search for one. This is a big problem for me as I can't get the form attached to the visit to take notes!
Also- one of my most used charts is usually not listed as a choice, so I have traditionally had to search for it...now I can't even do that. We need to be able to "star" favorite forms so they are at top of lists with things like this.going…

Create a secure way for multiple users of the same front desk computer to log in without having to change the browser setting of saving pass
Our front desk computer runs Chrome, and we have multiple websites that require multiple passwords that are autofilled when we need to access them. Having to manually enter a password everytime is tedious and time consuming. On the downside, it means everyone with a BLVD login can log in to eachother's profile. This means receptionists have access to admin info and without logging out, people make notes under the wrong profile.
There is currently no fix for this, but would be cool if you could come up with a workaround.2 votes -
auto save forms/charts as they are being completed
Auto save would help service providers maintain their progress as they complete charts without having to actively save draft and go back into the chart to continue.

Create a way to "un-check in" a client in if you did it by mistake
Accidentally checked in a client by mistake, the only way to undo the mistake is to void the entire ticket and then re-book the client. We should just be able to quickly undo a mistaken check-in

Service providers should get notifications to changes on all appointments.
Staff does not get notified if an appointment is modified or moved from another provider. This causes issues for the staff unless they habitually check their schedules and creates more work for the front desk team because they now have to reach out to make sure the provider sees the update/change.

Notification for blocked patients when booking.
When a patient is blocked from booking, give a warning when business is booking the appointment. As of right now it just says that the chosen provider cannot preform this service instead of saying that the patient is blocked when their name is typed in.

Reward limit at checkout
Hello, we would like to have the ability to limit the amount of reward dollars that can be used during checkout. Currently, the system only allows us to apply the full available reward amount. Is there a way to set a specific limit per transaction?

Keep the same machine booked for the whole appointment! We have two LHR machines and when a client is booking multiple LHR areas (i.e. bikini and underarms) it books one area with machine #1 and the other area with machine #2. The provider uses the same machine for the whole visit so it should be just one machine per client per appointment booked. That way someone else can book machine #2! And we don't have to manually edit every single visit to be with one machine...

Alert on Check In Screen for Late Client
It would be extremely helpful to have an option to set a specified limit (10, 15, 20 min etc.) in which we cannot take a client if they are late, and if that client checks themselves in after they enter their information a pop up comes up and alerts them that they are x amount of minutes late and need to see the front desk.

An option to deselect all for providers/resources (currently only select all or availabe)or save user settings in how we view the calendar.
As an owner and a practitioner of a medical spa, it is frustrating to have to to individually deselect all the resources and/or providers for that particular day(s) that I am trying to view each time I log in. Would love the option to deselect all.

We have Senior stylists that are allowed to block their book. We do NOT want them to be able to create or edit appts., but just place block
We want to reserve scheduling appointments for our front desk team. However, our Sr. Stylists may need to block their book and they cannot do that unless we allow them to create appointments as well. Can we please change this?

Apply an "Accepts Tips" indicator to each employee.
Our office has a number of providers that do not accept tips for their services and one that does. We would like the tipping option to not display for those that do not. It is awkward to have to tell the majority of our clients to not tip when the tipping screen opens for the sake of one employee that collects tips.

Someone to talk on the phone with for customer service :)
There's too much to type sometimes to explain a situation. And sometimes it takes a while for someone to reach back out to you. Having someone on the phone could help make the process quicker and have a quicker solution

Allow access to client profile from the "Cancellations" list
When viewing the "Cancellations" tab on boulevard, it should be easier to access the client profile from that page.
