Customize Stylists shown order on schedule (beyond alphabetical)
I would like to be able to order and show stylists the way I want it. Not just alphabetically.

When removing a service in the checkout for a merged appointment, the appointment removed shouldn't disappear
When you remove a service from a merged appointment during check out, it erases the entire appointment. When removing an appointment, it should just unmerge itself and not delete the appointment.

Alphabetize staff in timecard and timeclock report
It would be helpful to alphabetize the time clock report or the time clock so that they are both in the same order. Right now one is by first name and the other is by last name.

Custom fields for intake forms
Pull client data, including Forms data, into a separate database/BI tool/profile- Relies on the aforementioned "Custom Fields" and "Intake Form-to-Custom Fields Mapping" project, as well as "Form Data in SSAS".

Allergy content from Client Profile -> History to show on the quick view of the appointment on Front Desk
This would allow the aestheticians to see all potential allergic interactions with product on the client ticket quick view on the ticket. It's quick access. I hope that made sense!

This could be used during training to understand and audit the progress and accuracy of new hires during probational periods.
Example:

Might be a mess, but eventually it would be extremely logical to include cancel activity, reschedule activity

Ability to hide "New Products" button under privilege settings.
To allow franchisors to hide the ability for franchisees to add new products without their consent. Also, the same could be said about owners not allowing staff to add new products without consent.

Hourly, salary, and/or commission - Calculating pay rate based on performance.
I have spoken to a few prospects that say they pay when credit is due or they get a commission once their hours are hit. For example, someone will either get paid their hourly rate or their commission rate (whichever is higher that week).

Social Media Manually update
Being able to manually update someones social media account thats being used for this account. Say someone is not using same email for social as they are for blvd - being able to go in a manually add the correct email for this social account.

Tab through sales without having to go "back" to look at the next sale
I would love the ability to easily tab through sales of the day, without have to click a sale, manually hit "back" and scroll back down to click on the previous sale. The ability to flip through them, like in your email mailbox, would add so much ease to scanning through the sales of the day

Ability to hide prices for certain services for booking online as they are internal values and not for client's to know!
- Let's say a client has 5 vouchers for service X that they purchased for $1000
- Service X costs:
** Stylist A, $150
** Stylist B, $200
** Stylist C, $215- The externally shown value should either not be viewable or an ability to show a mock amount on these services, in this case they would all show as $200 and then when rang up on the commission report they would "discount" to the proper amount which in some cases may even be POSITIVE discounting.
Right now online booking shows the internal values which is NOT good for the clients to…

Online Booking Alert to Owner/Manager
As the owner I don't have the program running at all times so if I've left the workplace, I would love to get an alert on my phone so that I can prepare for the next day properly

Alert for when service provider is unavailable when creating a schedule for them in the future.
i.e. if a service provider is unavailable due to a vacation/day off (in the future), when creating the schedule for them, show alert for day that they are unavailable and to give option override or not. Create "Vacation alert"

Show Linked Group Appointments Better
Sometimes multiple patients book appts to come in together as a group. When they reschedule it wastes a lot of time, it would be more time efficient if we had a "linking" option or a Group Appt option, something like that... so they could be recognized as a "unit" and maybe we would be able to just book and reschedule them in one go. Just a thought.
