  4. Give the business the ability for a client to pre-pay a membership, to pay one month in cash, make a payment for another member as a gift, apply gift cards to membership payments etc.

  11. Can we make the form tabs in client profile more secure? Please change this so only Admins and managers can see private information. Currently all employees can see all forms including Credit card information

  14. Hi, I had a client try to purchase a gift card online today, and they received an error message due to their phone number being 11-digits instead of 10. We fixed the phone number, but is there anyway that we can have 11 or more digit phone numbers added for international guests and clients? thanks

  15. If the receptionist were to book a client when we are closed or that stylist is off, there should be a pop-up to let us know that the stylist isn't available.

  17. When using a VOIP the caller ID function does not work. For example, Google Voice, the caller ID will only show your google voice number.

  18. You can not edit notes on the waitlist if the date a client requested is in the past. Sometimes our staff misses these requests or a client will request to come in a day we are closed. Our salon likes to write notes such as, "Left Voicemail 12/01" but if a client requests to come in on Sunday (when we are closed) & you do not notice until Monday you cannot add a note that you "left a voicemail" since the requested appointment time is now in the past. This use to not be an issue. I would LOVE if…
