Square Payroll partnership
We are going to be using Square payroll to pay our receptionists and assistants. We already have them clock in on Boulevard. Would be great to easily set up payroll all in one system

Allow unconfirmed, confirmed arrived stages to be optional
we don't use these methods and they cause a lot of confusion for staff and clientele. This should be optional since your client base isn't only salons that work this way. For our needs Booked Arrived Paid/checked out would be fine. Or just the option to keep your names/status but to have the choice to eliminate/deactivate the use of some of them. We are a sauna people book online, arrive, checkout. Thanks!

Ability to edit closed orders
Sometimes mistakes are made during the checkout process. It would help if we were able to edit closed orders. Example: We scheduled a same day client for a future day, closed out the order and are unable to remove her from the calendar for that future day.

Booth renter charge option
Add a feature that charges a booth rent automatic for there booth space they rent from salon. Can do weekly or monthly option.

More Overt Labeling for Group Appts on Calendar
The notifications for group bookings continue to be too subtle to notice on the calendar when glancing at the day's appointments. More overt color coding or icons would be incredibly helpful.

WHEN BOOKING MULTIPLE APPOINTMENTS...

Formulas and internal client notes in app
it would be easier for the stylist if the most recent formula was at the top of the client file. along with having 'add new internal note' at the top as well.

Allow clients to tip discreetly
I think asking our clients what they would like to tip outloud puts both the receptionist and client in a weird position. We've been suggested by a few to allow discreet tipping, either on the Ipad app or through email.

Resend Option for Receipts
There should be a resend option for the receipts like they have in shopify.

Default match unambiguous SKU at checkout window
We have several products with similar SKUs (for example: CANDLE8 and CANDLE14). When scanning these SKUs for checkout, the CANDLE8 won't auto populate the product, it makes me choose between the 8 and the 14. If the SKU exactly matches a SKU in the system it should default to that product rather than forcing a manual manual choice between the products.

Allow Hyperlinks in Client Messaging System
Sometimes when messaging clients, we want to send them to another page on Boulevard. If we could create a hyperlink, the clients could get to that page in only one click.

Formula Section (high priority)😉
I think you need to create a formula section. Yes we can add them in notes, but a more efficient way would to have the right section for the right information. Formula's are one of the most important part of our jobs. There should be a time/date stamp and the ability to edit. It would also be nice if it would show up when you you click on clients name from calendar. This way stylist would know if they had a previous formula. The more info we can have the better.

Goal setting feature for stylists/employees and business
To have the ability to set specific goals for services, retail, etc for both employees and for the business as a whole. Also to be able to see that progress in real time .
