  2. I have spotted either bug or an unusual UX approach in online booking. I noticed that when I booked myself in for a treatment at Lash Lovers through our log in page that I was asked to put in my password when I had not ever put my password in for Lash Lovers before.
    I decided to follow the reset process to complete the appointment. I noticed my credit card was on file curiously but continued. This all felt a little odd, almost like I had a duplicate account.

  3. I would like to see the customer's orders and appointment history all in one place as an option, essentially a list of ALL credit card transactions from that client in a chronological list. Example: a customer is confused about how many membership vouchers they have paid for vs. redeemed - a chronological list of the charges and redemption appointments in once place would be a really easy way to sort out their account.

  5. Many of our assistants tend to help a specific stylist each day. When checking in clients, if there was an option for another employee or assistant to be notified of a clients arrival along with the notification the stylist gets, it would give the client a better experience when an assistant is there to greet them immediately to begin their service.

    This is also especially beneficial to the front of house in the event that the front desk is too busy to step away to find an assistant.

  6. I would like to disable the settings gear icon in the reception app to prevent someone from accidentally signing out of the app or changing the settings.

    If I block it with guided access, it then blocks the bottom key [123] on the keyboard so they aren't able to type a phone number in to check in.

    Moving the gear icon to another area of the screen, or moving settings to the settings in control panel would fix this.

  7. If a monthly membership payment doesn't go through Boulevard continues to attempt to charge the client which often results in multiple charges going through at once well past the original month. Since the charge didn't go through in say january, the client didn't receive or use the vouchers and they're no longer needed.

    It would be great if, when the charge doesn't go through after 2-3 attempts, the month would be skipped and not attempted again until the following month at which time it would only try to charge for the current month (not the previous month as time has…

  12. Is there a way to adjust sales commission so it's based on products sold? We would like to edit based on # products sold per month. Ex:

    • 1-5 products = 5% commission
    • 5-10 = 10% commission
    • 11-20 = 15% commission
    • 21+ = 20% commission

  15. For new clients or clients that trust the quality of a business, they don't necessarily need a single service provider. By forcing them to select a certain staff member, we're potentially limiting their options to come in at what might be a convenient time for them. I suggest an option at the top of the staff selection bar that is "any" "pick stylist based on time selection". I do believe this will increase revenue and also lessen the barrier for a new client to come into the shop based on their own booking without worrying about who to choose.

  17. When pulling report for sick time or vaction time accural, blocked personal time should not show in hours scheduled. According to state law, even if a stylist is not booked, but was in the breakroom waiting for a client or available for appointments, they are technically "on the clock" and should be accruing hours. I would love a way to have blocked time (when they are not on property) to not be counted in scheduled time when I pull the week priors reports.

  19. Specials, promotions, voucher services sometimes do not need pricing to be showed externally since they make no sense to the clients anyway. Should be a way to make it so that these services can only be paid for using vouchers and not case equivalents or other payment methods.

  20. It would really be great for manager goal meetings if we had a report that could show a break down for sales categories for each individual service provider. Example: "You are selling a ton of Kerastase but not really selling much in Oribe, why is that?" OR " You have not sold any styling tools this year compared to last year, why not?"
