  1. When adding services a provider is able to be booked for, there needs to be an option for multiple or all services that are listed. As of now, when you go into the employee's profile, you have to individually select the service(s) they are bookable for. It is time consuming and sends the user back to the home page after only adding one bookable service. If the Salon is not able to do it them selves, then support must have the option to do so.

  3. As we're concerned there could be another closure due to COVID, we would like for there be a book tab "Salon closed due to COVID 19, WAITING LIST" for putting someone on the waiting list. So if the salon is closed and no one is at the salon to take calls and book appointments they can be referred to go online and book to be put on the waiting list. This allows us to call them when we get a date to re-open. I think all salons would really benefit from this.

  6. ...instead of only after the original time of the cancelled appointment has past. Currently, cancelled appointments don't show up in client history until they are "history" this can create booking confusion when a client is referencing a cancelled appointment and we can't find it without searching the cancellations report. The cancellation list is very hard to search through since you can't filter or just search a client without loading page after page.

    We have a call center team and this has created a lot of confusion for them

  9. Our business just started using Boulevard and as a receptionist I noticed that the Ipad does not instruct the client when to swipe their cards. It displays a tip and signature screen, then goes back to the welcome screen when my side is asking for a card. Can this be updated to tell the clients when to swipe their cards?

  10. There needs to be a privilege option to either approve or restrict the ability to merge clients. Because this action is final it's quite dangerous to allow anyone with a log in to be able to perform this function.

  16. The Discounts and Offers BETA report is important to give us the data we need to report on total revenue a discount/offer code brings to the business and when it was used. The Detailed Line Item report gets us most of the way there but the offers are listed as "Offer-based Discount" and not the offer code/name instead.

    The Discounts and Offers report does not allow us to drill down or easily see what order/client/staff it is tied to.

    For example: $25 gift card purchase amount, with a 20% off discount. Used the gift card to purchase a tumbler (retail price is $22.99), including $1.93 in tax which comes out to $24.92. They made a profit of $18.07.
