  4. This should show coming schedule, phone number, email address, services available and prices, bio text. Helps front desk be familiar with staff available and also ability to contact staff if need be. Having these features here would make it so every salon has one less thing to have as paper taped on the wall next to the computer.

  5. when searching for gift cards under sales, there is a link to the original purchaser, but no link to the original order. We need to be able to find the original purchase price of a gift card. A link to the original order or at least a column stating the original purchase price would be very helpful

  7. Would like to be able to add retail products to packages.

    example: Double process service package that includes initial lightening service, followup gloss/toner 3-4 weeks out, an in salon bonding strengthening treatment, and a take home travel size shampoo/conditioner.

    1. This is helpful in introducing professional salon product to clients who may not have tried it yet,

    2. Insurance that the client is using professionally prescribed products supporting their investment in hair color services,

    3. Coming back with healthier hair to work with

    4. Clients will then come back and purchase full size product once they are hooked

When Selecting the Service and going to "Add On" within that service you should be able to select from other services and providers that offer additional service as a add on with out have to re create the service. It should also be report able in reports. This should allow clients booking to select add on services from different providers and prices. Would be super helpful for up selling services with in the salon. Please fix.

  17. alot of clients are saying that they are not able to back out of there order online status, that they need to erase history in order to start over, there should be more of a "x" icon on the right and then says "are you sure you want to cancel your order"

  18. It is not fare when technicians can add their own request, clients should be assign fairly among the technicians! Only Front desk and manager should be allowed to add a "Request Technician" Tag
