    How important is this to you?
  2. As is, the completed appt if not adjusted prior to checkout impedes bookability and is not editable unless voiding and redoing the order which is too difficult for staff or creates client side confusion.
    Example, 4 hour service completes 2 hours in, staff does not remember to adjust the appt duration. Now 2 hours are not bookable by client self booking. Would like solution for this.

  5. We have a promotion coming up where if a guest spends $50 or more in product, they get a free travel-sized hair mask. If at all possible, we would like to be able to create an offer for this, so that it automatically adds it to a ticket that reaches $50 before tax, so that the stylists won't have to remember it. Then they could just see it auto-populate on the checkout, and grab the product for them. That way our inventory stays accurate for the promotional products we have in stock!

  9. When product is returned it should be removed from client purchase history or at least indicated that the item was returned so staff doesn't promote a product that the client didn't like

  15. We want to make offers like "15% off combo services" but the current offer system lets you add items to the offer inclusion but does not give you specific rule flexibility to say it must be at least a service from " this category AND that category"

    The programming behind adding more flexible logic to the offers shouldn't be difficult, it is just a matter of a few more logic gate parameters.

    We would have it be done at checkout but we had to do 100% deposits since we cannot do a specific booking deposit amount for an appt. So…

  17. We are wanting to book an appointment for a certain number of weeks from an existing appointment that is not today's date. The system keeps bringing us back to today's date instead.

  19. It would be helpful to have check-in and check-out alerts, similar to the booking alerts. These are very helpful to assist us if the Client wants the following: Warmer Pod, Music Throughout, Music at the End Only, Their own Music, etc...
