Add a group of add-ons to each specific service
For example when there are 10 add-ons for each facial and we have 10 different facials I have to manually add each add on to each facial so either have them pre populate and just be able to check a box that we want them to be added or be able to create a group of "facial add-on's" to make adding them more efficient

Setting to allow cash draw total not to be carried over by day.
I find it hard to understand closing out. It should be once the register is closed out that is your bank deposit. Not close out the draw, and then do a payout for a deposit. Possibly a setting that says "on or off run with exsisting draw"

Send automated message after missed phone call
Send automated SMS message saying "Sorry we missed you, how can we help" or send booking widget link to book appointment online. If the client requests to be contacted by staff, have a way to notify front desk in dashboard.

True Rest Specific Suggestion for Order Details
Because of how our services are set up, it considers our rooms (pod rooms) staff members. Because of this, when we go to view who checked out a customer, all we see is what room they were in. When we check people out we normally change the name at the top right of the checkout window, why isn't it showing that detail on the order details? Where does that information go? It lets us select our name for who is checking the person out, but it does not show that information anywhere on the order when looking back.

Clients should not be able to book no more than three appointments for themselves online.

See how many vouchers a client has on their profile page instead of having to go through the checkout process to see how many they have

Voids from the same day should reopen the order
If I make a mistake checking someone out and I void the order the same day before closing our batch, shouldnt it reopen the order so that I can check it out properly???

Client tags on waitlist page would allow us to prioritize VIP customers or customers who have been rescheduled multiple times.

Option to send Mass Confirmation
When making scheduling adjsutments, if not using the reschedule button, confirmation emails aren't sent. If making adjustments that are weeks out it's easier to make these from the appointment details instead of using the rescheduling button

Gift Card - Allowing Partial Refunds on GC Purchases
Currently, we cannot process partial refunds on purchased gift cards. Example: I buy a $50 GC and I want to refund $25 of that GC back to the client. Currently it zeros out the entire card. Looking to have this as a feature add to allow adjustments to staff error's when purchasing GC's. (Work around) Refunding amount the client is due back. This results in the card balance going to zero automatically. Then create a new sale with the same GC # for the correct amount and charging it to Other)

Allow Default Price to say "Starts at X" or "Price TBD"
Default price should allow text instead of monetary values. We use Botox Units and would like our default price to state "$13/Unit"

Error message for failed refunds
In the instance of disputed transactions, include error messaging that transaction has been disputed and cannot be refunded.
