  2. Confirmation emails to include the service provider's name. This will help us prevent last-minute confusion or cancellations for clients who intended to book with another provider, or a provider of a certain gender.

  3. Calendar Icons: for arrived, new client, etc. are all white icons and small. When appointments overlap and the first appointment is checked out, the icons are hidden on the next appointment (top right corner of appointment block).

    There is also no icon for "Active" appointment state.

  5. So that staff or management could essentially place notes on times to do a number of tasks such as analysis or dictate instructions to staff.

    Examples:

    Wanting to notate a region of time for analysis. To refer to things, we now are marking up schedule screenshots using outside editors, if they were native to Blvd then these notes would be cloud based and businesses would have the confidence they are synced across and we can always be looking at the same data and most up to date.

  7. Would like the ability to set other assigned staff to receive notifications for their own schedule and another stylists schedule. For example, an assistant that is taking their own clients and needs to also receive alerts for a stylist they're assisting.

  10. There should be a way for us to create a pay structure or several for each location. rather than having to input individually in each staff profile. Needs to be a structure for hourly and salaried team, and a combination of the pay structures.

  11. a lot of clients alternate between services... a larger service, then a maintenance service. It would be nice if their service provider could input their recommended service for the next visit.

  13. With Covid shut downs we are cancelling so many appointments and adding people to the waitlist. Right now it's 2 very different steps. It would be nice to be able to have the option to add the appointment to the waitlist as you are cancelling it. It can be located where the arrow for rescheduling and the X for cancelling is located. It would save time and brain power because it would already know which client, stylist and service to book. It would also be great to be on the pro moblie app too.

  16. Some barbers are not getting texts or notifications once clients check in until 10-15 minutes later... This causes barbers to fall behind if SC is busy and unaware that the barber didn't get the notification.

  17. As a spa owner, I want to constantly give high end service to our clients as well as make things efficient for my front desk staff. If there was an area where we could save and easily access robe size, shoe size, drink preference and custom fields...it would elevate the clients experience as well as help me run a more efficent business. I'm sure the salon side would also benefit from other feilds and/or custom field options.

  18. There needs to be a description when entering products "retail", "backbar" . many vendors supply both retail and backbar. its such a hassle to pull up backbar reports.

  20. if a service provider works at multiple locations at the same time (3 locations for example), ability for the schedule to be blocked off at location A, if the service provider is booked at location B
