Ability to Disable "First Available" Option in Booking Widget
In the case of a salon with only booth renters, this would force the customer to pick their stylist - "first available" might get tricky with 1099 contractors because the business could be viewed as technically assigning specific hours to the contractor

A report to view all staff commission rates in one place
Would like a list of staff and what % commissions they receive for products and services. Just the flat rates all in a list so I don't have to go to each staff profile to review or use the current commission reports that shows their % for a given date range.

When rescheduling appointment and going to a different day, calendar should default view to All Staff Working + Originating staff
Currently shows strange selection of staff which appear to be staff that were working same as originating date, which is probably the least helpful view.
A power-user feature would be when opening a new day, to show originating staff, mark as not working and show context jumps to days that are nearby (Blank is working +2 days on Tuesday and +3 days on Wednesday. Then also show the columns of staff that ARE working that day and highlight the staff that this particular client has previously been in with.

are clients able to input their credit card information
for clients to book online are we able to require a credit card to hold on file to hold there appointment
so if they no show we are able to charge the card

Spa service provider paid a flat amount per treatment not commission
a service provider would get paid a flat fee per treatment and that fee can be different for each treatment. It would not be a commission (% of service). This was brought up with a consulting firm that works with Spas only

View the entire waitlist at the same time without x'ing out the day
It took me months to realize how many people were on our waitlist. The system only shows current day, unless you x out of the day. I suggest to take out that entire option and just show the entire waitlist all at once.

Filter cancellations screen to determine what appointments per a staff and/or per a time period could be used to fill books.
Example, staff member goes on leave of absence, appointments for this provider must be cancelled. Then business hires or extends hours to another provider. Going through the cancellation list to manually see which appointments can be salvaged is possible but would be easier if the format was filter-able by date of appt and service provider.

Disable double booking during processing time for some staff members
It would be helpful if the double booking option could be staff specific. For instance, one stylist is able to double book during the processing time of one appointment, but another stylist does not take clients during processing time of other appointments.

"Book your next appointment" on review booking page after membership/package is purchased
When a client purchases a membership or package online, they are charged immediately, but there is no way of booking an appointment once the charge is complete.
The next step would be for the client to "log out" to get back to the location page on the widget which is not intuitive for the client.

Online Booking - Client Password (Mandatory)
This account is asking to have the password option mandatory for all clients when booking online. They are looking for the optional choice to go away.

Employee Files
It would be great to have fields in staff profiles to enter their birthdays, emergency contacts, address, start date/termination date, and social security number. this way I do not have to have their physical employee file with me or go to the physical file cabinet for this information.
I do not really need emergency contact information for guests, but I definitely for staff. Thank you.

Default Tip Selection to 20%
To help avoid someone from accidentally not tipping when in a rush it would be great to have a setting that allows us to have the tip selection default to whatever amount we want (20%) instead of defaulting to the "no tip" option.
