A non-requested booking waitlist/queue
In which clients (or front desk) book the appointment and the appointments go into a feed that insert the appointments to the available times throughout the day but have no attached requested staff and are horizontally transferable. This column (working slightly like a resource) would have its own service prices that the performing service provider simply inherits for that appointment when an appointment gets assigned to them. Clients would book these "free agent" type blocks and receive confirmation the day before of whom and when their appointment exactly would be. Lunch Break/Blockout Option Built Into Schedule Section.
There should be an option to add a lunch break time and duration while building out a staff's daily or weekly schedule. Currently you build the schedule in Manage>Schedule then have to go to Calendar and add a time block for lunch. Too much clicking and back and forth. Leaves room for errors if schedules are posted on going and lunches/block outs set reoccurring are till a set dated or number of weeks.

Report for guest product purchases
It would be SOOOO helpful to have a report that shows guest names that purchases with timeframes that we select. For example, we run promotions and I would love to run a report that I can enter the timeframe where it shows me the guests that purchase X number of products and what they purchased within that period.

Give clients the option to print out their online gift card purchase
I've gotten a few calls regarding clients wanting to print out their online gift card purchase so I recommend for them to email the gift card to themselves so they could print it out.
Please allow clients the option to print without having to email it to themselves as not all of them will think to do this.

Set date for price changes to activate
With a large service book, we need to at times, and at least annually make changes to the price book. Ideally we should be able to set a date and time as to when the price change will be activated. This means we can work on any significant changes, then announcement ahead of time to guests. Then the prices all go live. Eg. Jan 1st changes for the new year. We can build the changes out now to go live Jan 1st.

Decouple online booking widget from online GC purchasing
Users currently don't have control. If a user wants to NOT do online booking but HAVE online GC purchasing, they cannot turn off Online Booking. This is a design flaw. Online GC's produced and emailed then have a "BOOK APPT ONLINE" option...but it shouldn't!! This gives clients a work around from our booking process that causes us time and headaches. Please decouple online gc widget from online booking!
