  1. Boulevard should be very clear to customers what is being billed when. We did not feel the true effects of the pandemic to our business months after we were shutdown and hence I reached out for support. I work with another company that offered me that assistance without me asking. They were very clear, "We will not be charging you for the months of April and May, since you did not have any appointments".

    From the beginning, I feel that there has been a lack of transparency.

  4. We use Staff Roles to distinguish and filter in our reports; specifically Booth renters vs. employees. Would like the option to remove this from the booking widget so we can name them booth renters and it's not visible to clients online

  5. When a client requests a product and it is not in stock, we would like a way to add them to a waitlist and alert the client this item is now available. Additionally, we would like our staff to be alerted when the product has arrived so we can directly contact those clients waiting.

  6. This is important especially for new hires, but for all staff. It's easier to see the pricing on the calendar for booked appointments and also to see pricing when they are booking a new appointment, in order to let the client know the price without fumbling.

  9. It would be nice to have a staff performance report that allowed a drop down on their name so we can see the client information within those numbers. their name what services and what products they bought.

  12. Currently, you are only able to see the customized gift card messaging when viewing from the Online Gift Card Website URL. This account is requesting for the message to also display on the booking widget when buying a GC. Just incase a client decides to purchase through the widget as opposed to the GC URL.

  16. When a stylist logins to there account at the web app feature, the stylist should only be able to run there reports for them specifically not for the whole salon and other stylist.

    Possibly have reports that show the following:

    number of appointments this week

    Mini production ( hair sales, retail sales, number of appointments this week)

    Production report (total sales, by hours etc)

    Ratings: so stylist can see there ratings linked to them and only them.

  18. Practice Fusion Integration - Medical Records System - For Charting purposes

    "It's our medical record system. We keep our charts for each patient in that system. We also use it for scheduling. So we would have had to keep duplicate schedules or duplicate customer information if we used Boulevard."

  20. It's necessary to be able to see the size and retail prices of products when adjusting received inventory quantities. Several products have the same name and come in multiple sizes, but once you select to adjust quantities, the size and prices of the products disappear, so it's impossible to distinguish between different sizes of products with the same name.
