  3. I need to have the ability to have commission calculated off of the retail price of a service. Currently if a voucher is used there is no commission paid as the price is $0. Also if there is a sale then commission is calculated off the sale price. This causes us to have to manually run reports on services rendered then manually figure what commission is owed. This is causing us to have much more work for office staff.

  8. When printing records for a patient there is not easy way to do it. You should have a function that prints the entire record easily. Currently you cannot print the notes section with allergies and such without taking a screenshot and having other client names in the background. That is not hippa compliant at all. Medical aesthetics clinics MUST be able to print the full chart with ease. Unacceptable.

  9. Agreements may require information that the business completes upon consultation. Then, it needs to be sent or turned over to the client for them to date and sign.
    Forms/charts today are either fully completed by the client or fully completed by the employee, but not a combination of both.

  12. Referral Program: It would be nice if we could set up different referral programs for different stylist. That way some stylist get to choose if they want to run a special or not.

  13. We need to be able to change out services on the calendar without it taking away from the Calendar view. Today for example, we changed out what our client did completely and you can see what she did in history but if you look at today on the calendar, her appointment is gone. If you switch out services, you should still be able to see it on the calendar.

  16. Need providers that have the 'modify own appointments' to be able to edit if multiple providers are on the same appointment. We do not want to enable 'modify all appointments' but still need providers to edit their services on an appointment when multiple providers are assigned.

  17. I want to watch the performance of a specific service category as well as how it is being paid for. For some reason you dont have this option anywhere. Expanded filters would be very good. So far I have found boulevard reports to be limiting and frustrating. MY old software from the 2010s had better reports. I'd love to see you improve this!!

  18. Each staff member should be able to have their own link to send clients that will only show their services/pricing/availability. Espeically for booth rent business models. That way if they have a new client or lead they aren't sending them a link that has all of their "competition" on the same link

  20. When changes are made to appointments, room assignments need to not change. When one service is updated or added, it changes the times for all their other services, thus creating a mess and confusion of when their original bookings were.
