  1. A user more user friendly way to check on the configuration of Shopify Integration. I want to see which location I have mapped. Today there is no way to even know this is possible. You have to hit Configure >> Setup and there is nothing here that says "Current Configuration".

  3. The business would like to choose which reason, by default, timeblocks are created as. Currently, unless otherwise specified, the reason will be set as 'Personal'. This can be easily missed which results in skewed Utilization % tracking.

    Common use-cases for timeblocks are for meal breaks, training, meetings, or 'catch-up time' if the current client is taking longer than anticipated. These would be considered 'Business'. (Staff utilization shouldn't be penalized for meal breaks and the other reasons are business-related.)

    Better yet, have NO timeblock reason chosen by default and make the user select one before saving.

  4. When clients book an appt for themselves and a guest - either under their name or as 'guest of' the appt should automatically add a tag as a 'party' and highlight both appts when hovering over one or the other appt!!!!!

  14. Seems like clients are passing on the waitlist option because of requiring a credit card to request a spot on the waitlist. They don't have an actual appointment yet so asking for a credit card feels weird. It would be nice to have the option to pick and choose what requires a credit card?

  15. When BLVD is having systemic issues or when the user configures a report wrong it's the same error message that appears for beta reports. It would be more helpful if there are specific error messages. Most of the time it's user error and by not having a clear error message displayed it leaves everyone to believe that the system is unreliable versus their lack of understanding of how to use it. For example -- "Oops! Cannot configure rows and columns the same. Try editing your configuration!"

  16. We are developing our own referral program and require that account credits be applied automatically through APIs based on some event triggers from our end. Referrals account for a large portion of our growth so this is of utmost importance to us.

  17. Staff not being able to add/edit notes at home WITHOUT havening access to the clients personal information. We do not want our team or on-call staff to have access to last name, email, phone number when reviewing client profile or adding notes from phone

  20. We often have spouses or parents book appointments for other people and fill the forms out in the other person's name. We then end up with an incorrect form in their profile. It would be nice to be able to copy or move that form to another profile to keep our records matching.
