Record seller for gift card sales
Ability to record which seller was responsible for selling a gift card to a client. Oftentimes a team member may push a gift card promotion and convince a client to purchase. This would be a way to report on those sales and recognize/reward sellers for their performance.

Assign incomplete chart back to provider
Ability to send an incorrect or incomplete chart back to a provider if a medical director will not approve the chart. The chart would then require the provider's attention to rectify the issues flagged by their medical director.

Add more Auto-Fill options for the "convert to field" in forms
It would be great if we could have more field auto populate and display on the overview page or as scheduling alerts. such as "Has an Allergy - see forms" or "Medical Alert - See forms" for important statuses such as pregnant/breastfeeding, or on antibiotics.

Please set an expiration date for some services. We do monthly specials but some people self book for beyond the date its available.
We do monthly special services. It would be helpful to toggle these specific services to only be valid during certain dates so we can avoid people self booking beyond the date the service is available through.

Purchase Orders: Tax and Shipping Fields
Orders from vendors often contain tax/shipping charges. To align the exact amount charged on the order with the purchase order in Boulevard, it would be helpful to have these open fields available and reportable.

CREDIT CARD REQUIRED FOR SCHEDULING INTERNALLY
Please give us the option to require that staff collect credit card information prior to any service scheduled. Again, we are working hard at our small business just like those of you who started boulevard.
With this being said these types of ideas that we suggest NEED administrative level feedback.
We need to be able to require services scheduled on the backend have a credit card on file to minimize potential revenue loss. Workarounds are what I have started to tell other business owners what they are signing up for if they choose to work with this platform.

Break out New vs Returning client data in more reports
Would be beneficial to able to see more New vs Returning data in reports.
Examples:
1) Referral Sources Report shows New Clients and Returning Clients, but then aggregates all the data for the rest of the report. Being able to filter the rest of the data (total sales and services, etc) for just new clients and just returning clients would show salons just how much revenue is coming in from new clients during a time period.2) Staff Performance Report shows New and Returning clients, but then aggregates sales and prebook rates. Track and make visible every edit that was made to an appointment
It would be extremely helpful to see EVERY adjustment/edit made to an appointment not just if the appointment was cancelled or rescheduled. I would like to be able to see when an appointment was marked as a request, if the appointment length was adjusted, if it was moved to a different stylist etc. As a manager it is extremely helpful to see all adjustment made.

menu pricing visibility
It would be helpful to see the menu pricing when booking appointments. As of right now, if clients have questions about how much certain services cost, the only way to check on the computer is to fully book an appointment and go to check them out. It would be convenient if you could just add all the services they were interested in, and be told the total. (Because fully booking notifies all of the staff that they are booked and cancelled and it just gets messy and is a lot of steps) Doing it on the computer is so much…

Appointment Copying
At our office we book out the owner's VIP clients a year in advance and really NEED the capability to copy appointments. It's tedious and time wasting to have to book each thing, each month and re-edit the exact same things rather than being able to just copy an already booked appointment and paste it for the next time.

Pull information from profile for intake form
When we book a new client and enter all their contact information, the intake form makes the client fill out all of their contact information and address again making for a clunky and tedious experience for them.

entering saved prices for client after check out.
I have removed the ability to change pricing at the front desk computer and i'd like to be able to go in and retroactively remember a client's price so i dont have to change it later, but this option seems to only be available when they have booked their next appointment or at check out. it would be really helpful to be able to add an accomodation like that at any time

Allow staff to send forms to patients independent of an appointment.
I currently operate with the idea that I am able to send forms to patients independent of appointments such as is the case with month to month follow up for telehealth weight management. I want to be able to send a patient a follow up form through their portal so that they can complete for review and is automatically tied to their chart. I was able to do this with my previous EHR which is a game changer for our practice. We do not have access to forms in any other capacity and so I am currently utilizing google forms…

Increased accuracy documenting fine details
Allow for documentation of finer/thinner pencil lines. This will increase accuracy with documenting filler placement. The pencil lines now are very thick and it's hard to show details.

When a customer has a credit on their acct, it would be great if that credit was more visible.
A credit on an account should be in red so that the person checking them out see's it easily.
