  1. We don't give out loyalty points for services (just product purchase) so there should be a setting that prevents them from being able to use them on services.

  3. Currently new patients are encouraged to schedule a NP visit when they are a new patient as a good faith exam. Many miss this step and do not complete this prior to their visit since they have to go into a different location and book the visit in a completely separate transaction within the booking flow due to there being a separate exam location.

  5. Having the ability to turn services or products on and off that qualify for rewards points is really important, especially in the medical space, where rewards for medications can't be given.

  6. We would like to monitor Patient status AFTER their initial check-in so that we can monitor clinic timing to ensure optimal patient experience and clinic flow. For example, once the patient has been "roomed" and their vitals are taken, we would like to be able to mark the patient prepped and ready to see the Provider and then when Patient is ready to check out and we are getting their reports together prior to check out so we can better manage clinic timing and patient flow timing. This option would result in being able to review total Patient Visit Timeline…

  9. When adding new clients to boulevard using the ios app, on our phone...we are unable to add a credit card to keep on file like we can using the website. Would love to have this be an option when booking an appointment. There isn't even a way to add it after the appointment is made from the app on our phone. Very limited access. If this can't be done there should be way to have a confirmation email sent to those clients to confirm their personal info along with adding their credit card like they would if they booked online…

  10. Having an option to bypass tax collection on a sale when selling to an individual who has tax exempt status. This would differ from an Other payment type in that it would not give the front desk an option to create another open-text field.

  12. Its frustrating to have to uncheck the little purple box at the bottom right of the appointment that send the client and updated confirmation when you are just editing an arrived appointment. Sometimes the client is booked for the wrong type of service and we just need to change the appointment type (usually to redeem a voucher) at time of checkout. The client is already here, they are arrived- they dont need a confirmation.

  13. There are too many clicks to make an appointment. Our patients get super confused. Received a ton of negative feedback regarding our online booking. Fewer clicks so that it's so easy to make an appointment, people almost do it by mistake!

  15. being able to see/test changes our team makes before they are officially live for customers. For example, if we change the order of some of the pages or change some of the copy, would we be able to test it internally before the changes appear on the customer side?

  17. Ability to create customized poat-appointment client notifications or edit the ones that are already made. Rating appointments through Boulevard is not as helpful as Google/Yelp reviews and few patients will review a business twice through texts.

  18. It would be helpful to be able to add notes to products and services that would show up on the receipt. For example, if a misc item is rung up, we need to be able to make a note about what it is.

  19. Why aren't marketing emails able to be scheduled at your chosen time? When selecting the option, Schedule to launch later, it sends at whatever time it wants. I want to be able to schedule my marketing emails at the time that will be best for our audience and get more engagement. I am really surprised and frustrated that this isn't already an option. I currently have to set a reminder alert in order to launch emails at a peek time, not convenient.
