  1. Having an option to bypass tax collection on a sale when selling to an individual who has tax exempt status. This would differ from an Other payment type in that it would not give the front desk an option to create another open-text field.

  3. Its frustrating to have to uncheck the little purple box at the bottom right of the appointment that send the client and updated confirmation when you are just editing an arrived appointment. Sometimes the client is booked for the wrong type of service and we just need to change the appointment type (usually to redeem a voucher) at time of checkout. The client is already here, they are arrived- they dont need a confirmation.

  4. There are too many clicks to make an appointment. Our patients get super confused. Received a ton of negative feedback regarding our online booking. Fewer clicks so that it's so easy to make an appointment, people almost do it by mistake!

  6. being able to see/test changes our team makes before they are officially live for customers. For example, if we change the order of some of the pages or change some of the copy, would we be able to test it internally before the changes appear on the customer side?

  8. It would be helpful to be able to add notes to products and services that would show up on the receipt. For example, if a misc item is rung up, we need to be able to make a note about what it is.

  9. Why aren't marketing emails able to be scheduled at your chosen time? When selecting the option, Schedule to launch later, it sends at whatever time it wants. I want to be able to schedule my marketing emails at the time that will be best for our audience and get more engagement. I am really surprised and frustrated that this isn't already an option. I currently have to set a reminder alert in order to launch emails at a peek time, not convenient.

  13. Make customer service available by phone 24/7! We pay $300 (at least I do) to not be able to call and get some questions answered is a little crazy. I wanted to open a new account for a new location and I have to wait 4 days to speak with someone? My schedule changed and I missed the scheduled call. Now I have to wait until next week? I have a report I have to pull up that just won't show me accuracy. It means I have some settings on wrong so now I have to type out my issue…

  14. Currently if a client has a card on file they see the 3% offset fee right away and if they do not have a card on file it doesnt' display until they use their card and then have to confirm. This is not a good look and we would prefer if the fee displayed for everyone and then if it's a debit card where they are not charged the fee it would just drop off.

  15. For example we prefer the term "enhancements" vs "add ons" and many of our clients get very confused by the "group appointments" option. We wish we could customize what is used there as well as the descriptions.

  16. Customizable packages to accommodate annual voucher sales so that clients can choose which services they would like to purchase and how many of each service. It would be helpful to have it set up so that when they redeem the service, it is accounted for as a payment type and does not alter the dollar amount of the service, so that commission is still paid out accordingly.

  17. It would be extremely helpful to have internal-only forms — ones that are not visible to clients — so we can set up documents like medical authorizations with a built-in annual expiration date. Alternatively, if it's easier, enhancing the current chart functionality to include an optional expiration setting would allow us to manage these internal forms more effectively without exposing them to clients.

  18. When a client completes a form, we should get some text or email (similar to if a client arrives or books). All of our forms are essential to our client experience, it’ll be more efficient if we got a notification when they were completed!

  20. we should be able to add a chart to a client profile without having to book an additional appointment. In my situation the appointment disappeared from the schedule and now I cannot add my chart note. Also, if we need to add phone correspondence, we should be able to add a note.
