  2. Whenever you hit select time on calendar, resources are not being applied. It would be great if it still pulled resources when booking that way. It should also notify you if you are overlapping resources to confirm if you want to do that.

  5. Every service has different timelines for returning for treatment (Tox: 3-4 months, Microneedling: 4-6 weeks, Filler: 6 months to a year). Please allow us to set up reminders for individual services based on tags.

  9. We need a feature to allow clients to see their photos in their portal. Clients like to see and track their progress this would be nice, so that they can view this without coming into office to see these.

  10. Once the Referral Program is activated, "Another client" ceases to exist as an option for Referral under a clients contact information. This may and has resulted in the inability to later manually edit / add another Client as a referring party when the Client who was referred pre exists as a client with completed appointments.

    We would like for "Another Client" To remain as an option even if the Referral Program is active.

  13. Void orders that are older than today. Sometimes I find an error in an order that was closed in the previous week or month and would like to be able to void the order and generate a new ticket to correct the error instead of having to issue a refund.

  15. Would like to be able to book multiple appointments from the booking window on different days to set up consistent plan of care. I am able to select 6 different sessions, but it will not let me finalize a booking that's not on the same day.

  16. Display a pop-up notification when a client books multiple appointments on the same day. We've had instances where clients schedule with different stylists on the same day, and we don’t realize it until it’s too late. Or at least have their scheduled appointments listed when creating an appointment on the schedule

  17. we currently have to manually move account credit between two guests who want to pay seperately but booked together. there is no easy way to transfer their deposit and we must manually do it on our end, hit refresh multiple times and do a lot math

  19. add a feature to allow prices to be set on the backend but hidden from clients during booking? Right now, we set prices to $0 to prevent price shopping, but this requires staff to manually enter the price at checkout. A solution where staff see the correct price while clients see a placeholder (e.g., “Pricing Provided at Appointment”) would save time, reduce errors, and discourage price-sensitive browsing.
