  3. When someone self books or joins a waitlist there is a number added to the bell in the upper right. We check every notification, but sometimes there are quite a few. When there are more than 4 or 5 it becomes a pain to check them as you have to scroll to each one. This becomes a real pain if there are double digit notifications. Is there a way to either check them off as you click on them or maybe keep the drop down on the screen so you don't lose your place as you're looking at them?

  5. Some businesses do not allow staff to set their own calendars. Depending on the type of business you run, it may be super beneficial to be able to see everyone's CalendarSync link on the Staff page or when you click on the Staff member's name on the Calendar page. This way, any owner/manager can quickly utilize these links for their purposes.

  8. It would be great to have the company notified via email when someone purchases a "product" online - In our case we sell memberships and have to physically go run a report to see our membership sales.

  12. We are using a new software called Clicki (https://clicki.io) to pay our clients to promote us on social media. We pay our clients $1.00 for each unique click they generate for our company.

    It has been fantastic - so much so we have stopped all our google pay per click and now only pay our clients to promote us. Would love to see a more formal integration with this new innovative company and concept.

  16. When adding account credit the payment is directed into the salon's main account. It would be great if you could choose to direct that account credit towards a specific merchant. In an almost complete rental salon, many of our stylists take deposits for extensions or other appointments, and that money should be directed to their merchant accounts, rather that having it go to the salon, then trying to run an report and reimburse them later.

    Or a better way to take merchant specific deposits.

  19. It is more natural to block out with a dark color and open up with a light color. White is where the appointments and dark is where they are not. Or let us customize how we view our calendar

  20. At current the contact center potentially can make a mess of things with confirmations if clients A and children B and spouse C use all A's number and an appt is cancelled, or confirmed. Then the system will potentially do actions for the wrong account or appt.
