  2. The add-ons are great IF you never have to change anything on the appt! If you need to change say the first service, for example single process, the gloss add-on will be removed! Then you following service is moved up, so you have to retype the gloss, and then re-add the last service ( and you better remember if it was a blow out or a haircut, cause it's gone, and we all know we are always juggling several things at the front desk!)
    So please unlink the add-ons to another service, so we can easily make changes. Thanks

  3. I click on the template I want and start editing and don't realize I didn't click "choose this template" the extra step needs to be removed or you shouldn't be able to edit the template before clicking that button

  4. Restriction at checkout to disallow a gift card to be purchased using an existing gift card. Gift card redemption should only be applicable to services, products, or gratuity

  5. Having an Instant Message or Pop Up for quick chats between front desk staff at two different locations without having to speak on the phone. It would also leave a clear picture of where a situation stands as the desk staff switch shifts so things wouldn't go unfinished.

  7. A specific example that comes up for us A LOT is wanting to discount the first 3 months of a membership and then have the 4th term go back to the standard pricing.

  10. There is no way to see or visit past receipts for accounting purposes. There should be a feature to go back into patient profiles to visit each individual transaction, or have a monthly transactional sheet.

  11. Need to have turn key tech solutions when clients book online using the booking widget if they use Safari, Edge, Mozilla or anything other than Chrome. We need smooth booking flow and it is inconvenient to ask clients to use Chrome or delete cookies and cache

  14. Would like the ability to TURN off online booking for any staff that has a time block. Marking it as unavailable so that certain services with the double booking option are also still blocked for online booking

    Idea: maybe to have an option to select Unavailable for online booking "time" under Schedule tab under Manage

  17. If a refund did not go through, it should not be included in reporting. If it is, a current status could be helpful for determining if the funds were actually removed from the business account or not.

  18. not having the ability to switch between clocked in vs scheduled hours makes this report irrelevant. These numbers are CRUCIAL to managing a business. Please improve this asap

  19. Each team (service providers, CX, billing, etc.) all make notes for clients. It would be great to be able to input different types of notes to keep everyone organized

  20. Can Boulevard please consider integrating with Tippy. We had it with our Envision software and it was a game changer for the stylists. Tips go straight to the stylist and there is a huge increase in tips.
