  1. Customer would like to be able to delete Gift Cards that meet certain criteria.

  2. UNDER REPORTS- STAFF PERFORMANCE- THE COLUMNS DON'T ALL ADD UP AT THE BOTTOM. iT WOULD BE EXTREMELY HELPFUL FOR ALL OF THE COLUMNS TO ADD UP NOT JUST SALES/REVENUE.

  3. We have recently had multiple instances where someone books a group appointment, then cancels via their portal/email link. The problem is this often leaves the other party/parties in the schedule with no indication to us that it wasn't intentionally left, and no indication that the person who scheduled actually cancelled their own appointment (we have cancellation notifications off because they include too many appointments that we either already know about ex. cancelling them ourselves. or don't care about ex. cancelling an appointment to rebook it under a correct name)

  4. A lot of our clients see multiple providers when they visit the salon. It would be a convenient feature to indicate that someone is seeing more than one provider. Just a quick and easy way for a service provider to see that without having to hover over or click on the appointment

  5. Examples:

    Perms, want to keep it so that client history across locations show the same service, but the modifiers may be different by location and pricing also is highly different for locations.

  7. As a medical practice - it can allow the patient to edit the date at which consents are signed. It should be time stamped for legal reasons and should not be editable.

  10. I would love to be able to use clients' account credits towards their monthly membership fee. Currently there is no way to do this without cancelling the membership fee and redoing the entire sale/membership.

  15. I think it would be helpful to have a section on the client account page that lists all of the clients who have frozen accounts. This way, we can easily see which clients are about to have their accounts unfrozen and contact them to let them know. We can also use this information to send out reminders to clients about their account status. This would help to ensure that clients are aware of their account status and are able to take appropriate action to avoid any futures refunds!

  16. Inventory tracking so if we have zero of a product in stock, you’d be alerted that zero is in stock. We use remote client coordinators and they are not in store to check inventory. We do use product manager to see the inventory but it would be nice to get an alert in checkout regarding no inventory.

  17. When a client is booked for one service and it was wrong the ability to completely edit that service and add the correct one is necessary. The ability is available on a computer but I don't have access to that all the time.

  18. We need the ability to view reports for nontaxable product sale items. Ie if a hair extension is sold and used in a service it is a non-taxable item in our state vs selling a retail hair care product which is taxable. There is no way in reporting to separate that.

  19. There should be a condensed way to be able to look at the full service menu for a provider. If someone wants a list of all services that they are coded for, we should be able to easily pull that list up and either email, download, or print it. Also, when we are booking an appointment in the calendar - we should be able to pull up the provider and see a condensed list of their services... not all the services in the company.

  20. Allowing the appointment to be available for checkout again after doing a refund. EX. A client gave $100 in cash and rest on card. The appointment was checked out in full with cash by accident. The remaining was refunded and we could not re-open the appointment for checkout on card. If a refund is done on an appointment, you should be able to go back into that same appointment to properly check it out, instead of creating a whole new appointment.
