  2. Would love a product sales report that listed who the sales were made by so commission would be easier to figure out. Client name on there would be nice also.

  3. If the client is already booked with us they should only have to enter either there phone # or there email and not have to retype all the personal info each time they check in. Also it would be great if they where able to pick what service they are there for when checking in for there appointment

  4. Would love to be able to see any ratings that a client has previously left in their profile somewhere. When doing follow ups, I like to see if they already submitted feedback and it would be helpful to just look at their profile without having to separately check the ratings under the Manage section

  5. oftentimes clients will book appointments for their kids, spouses, parents, friends, etc. and want to pay for the service, but we don't want to put their credit card on someone else's file. right now that's our only option, or we have to book under the paying client's name (which causes confusion for service providers and makes their appointment history inaccurate), or we have to add a $0 service for the paying client just to add their name to the invoice. this is too complicated and we should be able to add a separate person as a paying client so we…

  6. I would love to have a feature where you can document a procedure that could reoccur, like a laser, but then pull up the same form for their next appointment to be able to see what was done last and document the new appointment. Finding we may have to go back to paper charting for this, which is not ideal.

  7. When adding clients to the waitlist, it currently shows as "added by staff." The ability to see the name of the staff who added the client would be very helpful.

  8. Some of our patients don't need to check out at the end of their service. They just need to be seen. So I'd like to be able to move them to completed without having to do all the extra steps of checking out.

  10. To have the ability to upload our own forms and incorporate form translation so they can be digitally signed and be able to sync to the forms tab in the client profile

    Background: We have many forms and they are different one for each service and depends on provider. It's difficult for us to manually create their own forms individually and do not want to create their own forms to miss legal jargon and we have to abide by NYS laws

  11. Where new clients come from is critical information to understand. Currently, referral source isn't a mandatory field to complete a profile and I think it should be! Our team constantly forgets or skips asking this and it's lead to tons of profiles without a referral source. If it's not mandatory then it should be a warning when creating a profile.

    In an ideal world this would be a backend setting "make referral source mandatory"

  13. Offering a haircut as an add-on service for dualist stylist that prioritize colour service. This would allow clients to choose their stylist that may not be available for a stand-alone service maximizing utilization.

  14. We just added our first add-on! Yay. But we have discovered you cannot actually see that there is an add-on in the mobile calendar without clicking into the apt and reading carefully. This needs to be visual and bold.

    We are having reception leave notes to staff on top of their shift for the day in a block, but pls make some kind of add-on marker!! or they will totally be missed. Building it was easy though and we are excited by this option!
