  2. Developer is struggling with our documentation around working with memberships. He is asking for a guide with sample code and examples.

    Would be really nice to be able to point him to a "Working with memberships" guide on our API docs along with a Postman Collection to share of mocked up queries

  5. Because our artists are independent contractors some would like to have varying protocols (ex a 48 hour cancellation policy vs our usual 24 hour cancellation policy) for certain services. It would be beneficial to have forms able to assign to certain artists appointments rather than to service specific so we don't have to make all new services just for one form.

  6. It would be more efficient to be able to click on an empty space on someone's schedule for the day to add additional time, rather than go to edit their entire shift. It was also make it easier because blocks would not need to be added between their available times.

  8. We would like to see more descriptive text confirmations for clients with multiple appointments in one day. At this time, clients receive separate text confirmations for each appointment and it does not say the type of service and/or service provider name in the text confirmation.

    One particular client was booked for a Manicure at 10am and Pedicure at 10:45am, immediately following. The client received two separate text confirmations and on different days. The client showed up at 10:45am, thinking that her appointment was rescheduled to a later time.

  9. I notice after Checkout, the staff display defaults to just who provided the service, prompting the user to toggle the "Staff" dropdown to "Is Working" again. Can we stop this auto default, and keep the default to "Is Working"?

  12. We need a report of each service provider's full list of services, timing and pricing. This is a basic report in every other software system I have ever used. This allows service providers and management to see only the services they perform, timing and pricing in a report. This allows us to easily print out and give to staff and use for reviews, and to write down any desired changes, before putting in the system.

If you navigate to a client's profile from the calendar page (or any page other than the client look-up section), you are brought to the client profile but the URL is still https://dashboard.boulevard.io/calendar, so if I want to share that client profile with someone, I have to go to the client lookup page, search for the client again there, and then can use the unique URL with their client ID. This is a very regular occurrence and would be very helpful if, no matter how you navigate to a client's profile, once you are there, you always have the…

  19. We REALLY need to be able to limit when customers with memberships are able to book. For example, we'd love to sell a weekday membership to our bathhouse, but need for the online booking to only allow for weekdays for membership holders. Can you do this or can we pay someone to customize this options for us?

  20. I noticed an oversight today while building a new automation system with out Boulevard integration.

    In Boulevard itself I am able to create two identical tags. This could result in a huge issue if a staff member created a tag not knowing that the exact tag already existed. That new tag would not work with any of our automations as they are tag-ID specific, not tag-text specific.

    Can you please update the tagging system so they have to be unique?
