  2. only allow marketing emails to be sent on a per location client basis. Right now Franchisees are able to send marketing emails to other locations' clients due to having access to the full client list within the dashboard.

  3. Being able to sign multiple family members in with the kiosk. Now it signs in 1 name multiple times. When that customer is assigned, it combines the multiple sign ins as 1 person instead of multiple. This causes issues managing the waitlist as the customers have arrived.

  4. We left Meevo and they had a nice app where we could cut data easily on historical performance for each location.

    You can see yesterday, last week, this month, last month, Month-to-date performance. You can also compare that performance against a variety of time periods from your fingertips.

  7. Hello! I'm a receptionist and it would be really helpful to be able to select multiple waitlist clients for bulk deleting and clearing up our feed, especially when it gets so bogged down, opening the waitlist can cause chrome to crash when it's overloaded. Also our clients aren't able to select "first available" as an option for date and time and this causes them to have to create several waitlist profiles which only further bogs down our system. Thank you!

  9. Lumi Skin Bar would either like the resource to be remembered when "add to calendar" is used to book an appointment OR they would like a privilege setting to disallow front desk to use this button. Currently when they use "add to calendar" to book, BLVD doesn't remember the resource they intend to reserve.

  11. On the reports we need:
    total guest count- I am currently manually adding them and haven't found a total anywhere else
    RTS total for the company- what percentage of my service sales is retail sales, what percent of my total sales is retail sales
    Prebook % for the company not just individuals

  15. When going to cancel a client's appointment, but they need to call back to reschedule, it would be nice to have a "client rescheduled or client will call back to reschedule" option under cancellation reason.

  16. Right now if there are no available appointments at the time selected, the Boulevard booking widget surfaces a sad face emoji and messaging advising the client to choose another time - we'd like to be able to customize that wording to better fit with our business.

  17. I think it's critical to have the option "get quote" instead of a price. Some of our services vary in price, so we would love the client to contact us so we could tell them more about the pricing situation. Now the only option is to put "$0" and then in the description ask them to contact. It just doesn't make sense not having the option.
