Stack / Apply Multiple Offers in Online Booking
The ability to stack / apply multiple offer codes during online booking. Currently, this is only accomplished when applying via the dashboard. This would allow businesses more opportunity to incentivize clients and increase revenue.

Support Team Logs
It could be very useful if, maybe on a monthly basis, we could receive a log or summary of all of the outreaches from our team to the Boulevard support team. It would help us to identify any gaps in our training, identify patterns, etc. It could even be anonymous, the goal would not be to get any of our team members in trouble, really just to identify where they might need more support internally.

Ability to block days off as a whole
The business would like the ability to block off the entire day as a whole rather then having to block each person on the calendar at a time.

Set rules around how close together appointments can be booked online
Many services have treatment rules that require the client to wait 4 weeks between appointments, but clients can currently book their appointments whenever. By being able to create rules around how close/far apart specific services can be booked, this will minimize the time needed to review and make sure those rules are being followed, since this impacts the treatment experience.

option to have certain services not able to cancel online at all not just within cancellation policy time
Would like to have the option to not allow certain services to be able to be cancelled online even within the cancellation policy window

For memberships
If a patient is increasing their membership level/cost, there should be an option to charge it on their normal pay date. Ex. $99/mo to $299/mo, payment day of the first of every month. Patient decides to increase on the 15th, the increase doesn't get charged right away, but instead on the first of the month. My help chat agent advised this is NOT possible.

Have the option to use a disguised phone number for outgoing calls on a mobile phone through the reception app.

Alphabetically order reports by last name
Currently the reports are filtered alphabetically by first name. The client said this is no help to her and should be by last name.

Show the year in product sales history
When clicking on a product in the manage tab and showing the sidebar with sales history there is no year listed. It can look like an item is a hot seller when in fact the sales are all from years ago and it hasn't sold at all recently.

Have a feedback mechanism on new features
It seems that many of the new features rolling out are items that aren't seen in the feature requests in here. It would be useful to have a feedback mechanism for the features that are released to see if the work that was done is actually meeting needs for customers.
I may be in a minority, but I am finding many of the newest features to not be helping with any of my pain points in the software, and I wonder if I am alone in that.
