Emails with underscores don't show in search
I've noticed that emails with underscores in them don't show up when you search them in the clients tab

Remove Integrations For All Users
Being able to toggle off Apps & Integrations setup for users would be great. We had a recent issue where a staff member created a Zapier integration sending client information to a Google Drive. Please have the ability to disable Apps & Integrations for specific users.

Modify behavior of the blue "update available bar"
The Blue "update available" bar is super helpful to let us know when new features are available, or to make sure we are using the latest data.
Unfortunately it covers some of the needed navigation features in the form builder.
Could the bar be made to come in above the normal screen (pushing everything down) instead of over top of it? That way the navigation features are available to ensure our forms are properly saved before refreshing the page.

Different tea. keep the same tea but introduce a new flavor for the season
Would like to have a new flavor of tea maybe something for the holidays since thanksgiving and Christmas is coming up.

Text reminder when a client reaches a certain number of vouchers in their account
If a client has a recurring monthly membership charge it would be nice if they got a reminder text after a certain number of vouchers accumulate in their account. Once they have four or five it becomes hard to catch up and use them all.

We want to see data for walk-in appointments. How many does each shop get each month, are their trends between regions, do walk-in clients rebook, etc.

The business wants the merchant processing fees to automatically go into Quickbooks.

Duo app check in require form completion
When clients have forms to fill out upon arrival, they check in which notifies the service provider they have arrived but then have to fill out the forms. Our stylists are going to get them before they have barely even touched the form. I think this would be easily avoided if they were not marked as checked in until after their forms have been completed.

Apply a gift card balance to full transaction
When a client pays with a gift card I am not able to complete the transaction if the gift card is less than the amount due. I should be able to apply the gift card and then there should be an outstanding balance to complete the transaction

History showing for recommend products
It would be great to see who suggested the products to clients. It will help with commission when the clients return and purchase the products.

Payment Method Addition
When adding a payment method in the profile area (non-checkout) we only have the option for a manual add or a "swipe". our DUO doesn't even allow for swipes. It would be nice to be able to use the tap or insert chip, or apple pay tap to read a new card and save it in a profile, so that we don't need to manually enter all the data.

Give a default $ amount when redeeming Reward Points
If you set up your reward program that 5000 points gets you $25, you should default to only redeeming the 5000 for $25...even if the client has 5500 points...then they can roll the 500 extra points toward earning the next $25. As a slon we do not want to ever give more than $25 at a time, it is cost prohibitive. Also, the $25 hit should be taken by the salon, NOT the provider.

Change phrasing of “Group Appointment” to “Multiple Services”
“Group appointments” implies that there is more than one person getting services. “Multiple Services” however means it could be one person getting more than one service. Being a nail salon, it’s an important distinction because our clients aren’t able to book themselves a mani AND pedi at the same time unless they select the current “group” option. Causes confusion and frustration for us and our clients who don’t understand the BLVD booking system yet.

editing a close transaction
Being able to open and edit a closed transaction. If a guest decides to buy product or need to add a service - would have the access to open and add what needs to be done. This would allow for more accurate reporting while also not having to make a whole booking for an add on service.

Admin/account owners need to be able to see a history of login history and login activity on all Boulevard accounts under our business.

Create a monthly view for staff calendars
Have a monthly calendar view so we can see what all staff members are working throughout the month, but from a big picture overview.
We have stylists that work every other Saturday, one Saturday a month, every other friday, etc. Would be much easier to keep track from a monthly view!12 votes -
