Assigning Staff Services
There needs to be an easier way to assign services to a new staff member. Clicking each service then going to "staff" and then toggling their name on is such a waste of time.
From the staff member's page you should be able to click into "services" and easily toggle services on and off, not click "customize" then click "assignable" then click "save" ... there is way too much clicking going on. For such a new platform, this work flow is so outdated. I came from Booker which is such an old platform and their workflow is much easier.

if a provider can work at multiple locations, they must be assigned individually at each and be assigned to services at each one, which is very manual.
additionally, they'll stil show up as a bookable option even if they dont have a future schedule at a location just because they are assigned there. mostly, providers are enabled at multiple in order to pick up shifts in ones other than their home location as needed -

New service provider are hired regularly which is great but re-entering basic info is time consuming. Having a "duplicate" button added to existing profiles in order to clone it (and service assignments, commission, etc) would make this process much easier

It is currently very manual and time consuming. I suggest Updating the employee and service set up to click on a service and select all service providers it's assigned to instead of one at a time. Or adding check boxes on the employee to make it quicker. The individual window that pops up each time is not very user friendly for first time uploads for clinics with a full staff.

I could not agree more! I came here to make the same suggestion. This feature would be so very helpful and it would save so much time!

We can dupliate a service but we should be able to duplicate an employee too! that would save so much time!! AND allow services to be checked off all at once instead of having to go into each service per staff member and activate.. SO ANNOYING

You should change the service menu to a checklist rather than having to go into every single service and activate for a new employee. its horribly time consuming and there are much better and faster ways to accomplish the same thing.

Be able to see a stylists schedule across multiple salon locations a week at a time
/ Be able to see one salons location schedule for a whole week

Create staff roles that you can set up specific services that staff member preforms. That way you don't have go through and manually add all the services they offer. This would be slick! and save so much time!

We have hundreds of line items as a lash bar. Turning up a nee employee can take 45 mins!! Ideally I need to be able to create a standard Employee Profile that I can then apply. So I do the task once and then simply apply a service menu to an employee. Alternatively being able to clone an existing profile and then apply it after any refinement also saves the time.

When adding employees to your system, boulevard should either have an apply all at the top where it shows the services applying to each service the stylist can preform, and then customize it per employee. Or make it default that stylist do everything then have a plus or minus option if that stylist doesnt preform that employee... its time consuming when you have an employee working through multiple different locations.

I have over 200 lines of Services. When I onboard a new Stylist, I have to go through each line to ASSIGN them. Most of the time the actual list of services they can perform is very similar or the same as another stylist.
Option 1: Allow for Admin to design a Standard Template per employee role. This allows for all the standard services to be activated at once for a new employee and then refinement is kept to a minimum.
Option 2: Allow for the copying of an existing list of services from another employee and then have it applied to a new employee.
Right now working through 200 lines is slow work for more than 1 staff at a time but as we scale and grow to a new salon, I will be hiring a lot more at once, and bringing on new staff, many at the same time. This feature would make onboarding a doddle.

Select all/uncheck all functionality by clicking a checkbox or sliding a toggle when assigning a staff to a service category or making a service bookable online.
