Add Initial Ability to Forms
Please add the ability for a field that allows patients to initial certain sections. This is important for consents/forms. Thank you.

Need the ability to add the need to initial next to a text input section for an agreement form

Having the signature at the bottom is great, but it would be nice to have them initial for important information we want to stress.
