client checkout needs to be reflected with discounts and account credits (iPad)
Clients should see clearly discounts applied at checkout not the FULL AMOUNT ... as a med spa we utilize Alle discounts, gift card promos, and various discounts however at checkout clients only see the full amount not reflecting any discounts or applied credits. This must be fixed.

This issue should be simple for the processor to correct. Truth be told, this would have been a deterrent to using Boulevard had the issue been disclosed from the start. The front staff relay a “ we promise you are only paying this amount” with every client. It's not important to you because your name isn't harmed by the implications of this message told to each and every client to justify how crooked it sounds, but ours ( the business) is. This needs attention.

The majority of our clients always call this out at checkout.

YES! people are super confused when they see the full amount when they are only paying a small amount of that!

This has been a big issue at our practice! We often have totals ranging in the thousands, and many of our clients have prepaid services that are applied which means their card is only charged a fraction of the total value of the service. However, the iPad always shows total value...It gives people a heart attack lol

The total that pops up on the Ipad should only reflect the total that was charged to the card at that time. It is so hard having to explain this to every client that uses coupons and alle points.

The client experience is the most important aspect to our business, this greatly affects the client check out experience and should be a priority to update.

This is such a priority I have clients come around and see their accurate charges not the total before discount... 211 ppl have voted when will it become a priority?

Summer Whitley commented
Please give a clear break down of price as it confuses customers about what is being charged.

PLEASE! We've had 3 patients within the last hour question their checkout and if we are charging them correctly. At the end it should give the total ACTUALLY paid

This is a major issue for patients, PLEASE help!

Yes, I second this. Patients constantly ask about this because their checkout initially shows inaccurate pricing.

Reflect original price and discount amount on ipad checkout when customer is reviewing order

On the check out screens that the client sees please make it where they see the price they actually pay (amount owed after discounts) show on the first screen instead showing the full amount that does not reflect the discounts. Also on the last screen show that same amount instead of the amount before discounts. It confuses the clients and they think they are being charged the full amount and we haven't given them their discounts.

PLEASE!!!! This is such a basic feature theres no reason why clients should be agreeing to an incorrect total! And it slows down checkout time explaining to EVERY client that the amount they are agreeing to is not the actual total theyre about to pay!!

Yes. the current duo's screen is very confused. It asked clients to agree on charges before break down of discount and before credits given. Clients always shocked because they mistakenly think they have to pay that amount, which is incorrect.
