Account Credit
Ability to better differentiate account credits. Sometimes employees DO NOT put notes as to what the account credit is for. Sometimes it's botox units. Sometimes it's extra change they didnt want. Or have section just for these two specific things. Vouchers don't always work.

Allow each change or addition to account credits to be tracked with input dates instead of one lump sum amount. To better differentiate between deposits taken for appointments and/or gift card amounts added on as "store credit".

It would be nice to have separate account credit options.. for example, we have some clients who have previously "banked Botox" and we add their amount to account credit. But they may have credit from a deposit or GC that adds onto that. We would like to be able to separate those to where it could be medical account credit, versus spa account credit. Or even have notes that pop up at check out to show what their account credit amount is for.

It would be nice to have Account Credits be specified to certain products or services. For example, there currently IS a field in their profile that says "redeemable on" and the answer is always "everything." You cannot change what it can be used towards (i.e. redeemable on "peels only" or "Botox only") as Boulevard is currently configured.

We should be able to see what we are crediting for, e.g. Merz Xperience rewards, Aspire credit, a referral credit, general credit with a place to note what this credit was awarded for (like incentivizing google reviews). We should be able to easily see the credit balances for each category and total, and patients should be able to see their credit balance on their profile.

Ex: client is granted account credit (whether due to membership sale, account balance sale, account balance refund, etc) at Location A but redeems the credit at location B

it would be nice to be able to assign account credit towards something. It shows a section that has redeemable on but its not letting me edit it to say what it can be used on.

our membership is on account credit. we need to be able to track which members have used their credit vs not. At this point, there is no way to differentiate.

account credit needs to have a log attached to it to clearly see when and why account credit was adjusted. And it needs an expiration date tied to these adjustments

currently the notes disappear when you go to increase/decrease the amount and the previous reason. The previous reason holds merit with our business as not all credits can be applied to all purchases. We want to account for each 'credit' given to the client (ex retail vs services)

It would be very beneficial when clients prepay for treatments and we can see what they are exactly prepaid for when they have multiple account credits right next to the credit instead of having to go into their client profile. For example, a detailed, itemized account credit listing such as "20 units of Botox at $15 each" next to one prepaid account credit or another account credit but with a different description "2 Microneedlings at $240 each"
