Ability to make services NOT assignable, not even manually overridden
At current turning off assignable means services can still be booked manually.
I think it should be that under bookability that it is two part, bookable by us and bookable by client, then assignable mean literally whether this service can be placed on the provider's schedule or not. The distinction at current is wishy washy and allows too easy of a bypass.

Ability to block Service providers from being booked (on the dashboard) when they are "not assignable" to a service. Even though the dashboard has override access, we would like a feature to block or TURN OFF Staff from being able to be booked even with the override

The system shouldn't allow you to book a professional for a service that they aren't assigned to. If they aren't checked off for the service there should be an alert blocking you from moving forward being able to book them for a service they don't provide. It's happened multiple times for us and causes issues

Students are creating appointments for service they are not assignable to at the front desk regardless of the Orange messaging stating that they do not usually perform that service. Would like to have an option to be able to block the appt from being booked completely.
