Fee reversal is common in Florida and the POS options are many, with all of them offering to reverse all of the fee to the client. The 1% that blvd offers costs me over $600 a month. $600 more than any other POS system would cost, so I use a nonintegrated option, which is really inconvenient. Please change this.

Make credit card fee reversal complete, so clients pay the full cost.

Ability to block Service providers from being booked (on the dashboard) when they are "not assignable" to a service. Even though the dashboard has override access, we would like a feature to block or TURN OFF Staff from being able to be booked even with the override

I believe many salons in Florida forego using Blvd for this reason.
