Add cancellation policy link to reminder text
Each location's cancellation policy may now be included in booking confirmations and appointment reminder texts.

We need to be able to customize the text message that goes out for appointment reminders. We have a strict cancellation policy and pts need to be reminded that they will be charged for a now show. As of right now, we have to manually copy and paste that message for each of our 60 plus patients that we see per day.

We would like to be able to customize the wording to state that it is a "reminder" texts since the appointment is already confirmed on our calendar when this go out. This courtesy "appointment reminder" email - we would like to state our cancelation window and any applicable charges for short notice cancelations/no-shows. We don't want it to say "please reply "yes" to confirm appointment" as that is misleading and clients reply "no" as if they can short notice cancel without a fee (which they cannot), and we don't want any surprises.

I agree this should be actual words & not a link. The cancellation policy link in the self-booking is not enough.
There should be a button to acknowledge that client accepts the cancellation policy before booking is accepted. Booksy does this very well. -

THIS!!! We switched to BLVD specifically because we wanted to start a cancellation policy and credit card intakes, did not realize how behind they are on all things via text. People don’t want to check their email, we’d at least appreciate the option to have either text detailed confirmations or emails.

A lot of our clients don't want to put an email on their account, and some of those clients aren't verbally alerted to the cancel fee. I understand it is in the email reminders, but clients who don't get those are often very upset at even just the mention of a cancellation fee. It strains those client relationships.

Our website has our business cancellation policy on it, so does our BLVD confirmation email when we make the appointment for the client. I believe it would be helpful that the sms text reminder that is sent up to be sent out at least two days prior allows us to add our business 24 hour cancellation policy.

Our cancelation policy needs to be included in confirmations. It needs to be in plain english on the bottom of the email and in the text. So the client can actually SEE and READ it. Should not be a link...Actual words!

We require a confirmation no later than 24 hours prior to a scheduled appointment (we send our own text reminder to confirm by that time frame, apart from the auto texts confirmation) or we cancel it for them to avoid late cancellation fees/ no show fees. Clients will reply to the confirmation text "yes" even after we have cancelled them because they didn't confirm on time and they still get a "you are confirmed" reply which is very misleading.
