This was marked as completed...but this does not resemble fredrick. There is no integration other than 'show this at the desk'. We ran them for a bout a year and then shut the emails off as I do not belive they did enough.

Ability to segment the client lists more specifically than what currently offered:
"Has Scheduled Appt" - and then select date so you can send group emails to people coming in at specific times

We need to option to create templates. Also the option to add a form to our websites that will allow us to get new email subscribers, and the option to have customer journey emails using customer tags to segment email lists.

Have an option to mass send the dibs email to anyone who is on your waitlist only. Or maybe choose the date range they are on the waitlist for.

Can I set up emails to automatically send out for people with a special offer on their birthday? I had that with my old software and it was such an easy way to get clients back in the door!
