  2. I am only accepting Haircut clients at our salon. No NEW color services. Only offering to my already existing color clients.

    So I don't have that service added to my menu. But I would like my existing COLOR clients to book their color service ONLINE without any new clients allowed to book for color service. Only NEW HAIRCUT clients.

When people are booking this is one thing that comes up frequently, they select the add-ons but the price when they create the appointment is only the base service price and doesn't include the add ons or show the breakdown of pricing. Also, when looking at Orders or the receipt, it just tells you the total of the service with the add-ons. Would like a more detailed breakdown on the receipt

  8. Allow access to only closed orders (preferably only ones associated with a service) on the sales tab (no access to register, gift cards, or payments). This will allow providers to click an appointment on the calendar view and then see if the guest purchased products and what gratuity was left.

  9. why do i need a quantity desired if i cant pull a report from that number? i cannot see it when i'm doing an order to know how much i should get. i cant see it when i'm doing inventory to know if i'm low. its literally only in the individual windows of each individual product. its just seems suspicious that i have now input all these numbers that i cant do anything with.   10. It would be awesome to have the ability to customize what data shows on reports as well as normal information pages. For example, being able to add a "date purchased" or "last date used" column to the gift card screen.

    Our old software allowed customization on virtually every display of information, and it made life much easier for things like looking up lost gift cards.

  16. It would be nice to send appointment confirmations out for appointments that are scheduled after the normal confirmations go out. So, a Wednesday appointment that is scheduled after 3:00 on Monday would still get a "confirm your appointment" email. Yes, they should still come because they just scheduled it, but sometimes they miss that and it doesn't get confirmed.

  17. Printing a filled out form takes up a huge amount of paper: our one page massage form is 6 printed pages when printed from the electronic version on Boulevard.

    It would be great to have a system like the form design where you can design a printed version of the form data so you can have a more compact size.

  19. A LOT OF MY STYLIST LIKE TO PRINT OUT THERE SCHEDULE FOR THE DAY AND WHEN PRINTED THE TEXT/FONT DOESN'T SHOW UP ON THE PAPER VERY WELL BECAUSE THE FONT COLOR IS WHITE.
