  1. I would like to add to this and maybe have a reminder pop up when they late cancel within a certain timeframe that we can set?

    If its legal - take a step further and either have the system automatically charge them or put the late cancel charge in their cart/profile to show as needing to be check out by the front desk some how?

  2. Setting conditions for offer codes.
    Example Spend X on X = X Discount
    150 or more on gift card = 10% off
    spend 100 on X product line = 15% off
    Spend 200 in Spa Category = $20 off
    We can do this in house but when making sales online, especially gift cards, we cannot have it apply to all gift cards. setting a condition would be helpful

  3. The ability to sell memberships online but the next charge date can be set in the background. For example, a customer purchases a membership on the May 4th but their next billing date should be the June 1st.

  5. Commission reports are either turned off, and no one can see them, or they are turned on, and everyone can see them. There needs to be a way for each member only to see their commission reports.

  6. I would like to be able to duplicate a chart from one I've already signed. For example, I am seeing a patient for Botox, who I already saw 3 months ago and signed a chart on. I would like a button to "Duplicate" the chart from that 3-mo-ago visit, so I can edit it to reflect any changes we make at the current visit, but any other information that is still pertinent is carried forward!

  7. This partially involves some other ideas with booking notifications.

    It would be more convenient if there was a better notification, like a pop-up, for new appointments booked online. A lot of our time is spent on optimizing appointments and micromanaging them to maximize the number we can squeeze into a shift. The little bell in the upper right corner isn't as useful because it's clunky to navigate and deal with the individual appointments. Ideally, we're managing these appointments close to when they were booked so we can add in breaks and meal periods as well as move them if necessary…

  8. when looking at the history of a clients orders. when i open a specific order and then hit the back button, it redirects me to todays recent orders history of all clients instead of bringing me back to view the history of that specific client. having to type in the clients first and last name every single time i want to look into there individual account order history
    ie: All Orders--> clients name--> full order history--> specific date of order history -->hits back button-- All Orders.

    it should be :
    All Orders-->clients full purchase history-->Specific date-->back button-->clients full order history.

  10. I understand your can send reminders for forms prior to appointments. However, we've run into a situation where forms weren't completed before hand and the patient some how made it past our front desk without completing them. There should be a way to send these forms to a patient after their appointment. The only way to do that now is to send them PDFs of the forms which is very inconvenient.

  12. Be able to change the font from white to black. It is hard on the eyes to read white font on the calendar. Also the bookable time be able to change the shadow. I would like the non bookable to be in grey instead of white and the bookable time to be able to be in white instead of grey.

  13. I came from Vagaro and they had easy to read visual data charts. I am a visual person and numbers/text are hard to read. Having easy to read Data such as graphs, pie charts is ideal for business to see the numbers easier for visual people.

  16. Instead of a gentle "Your appointment has been cancelled", the No-Show message would hold a more appropriate tone if it was "You've been recorded as NO-SHOW for your appointment".

  17. When a client is charged for a late cancellation or no show, it does not show up under the providers commission and they should still be paid for that. There's also no way to easily track who was charged to add it in manually.

  18. Have a way for the Discount Reasons/Codes to be toggled off when not in use. Then we don't have to delete and readd when they are used again. This will keep reporting accurate, so the name isn't different from the first time it was used. It will also keep the checkout drop down list cleaner and quicker for the front desk teams to find their active promo/discount.

  19. We have so many patients that book the same appointments over and over and they are booking multiple weeks/months out at a time. It would be SO much easier to be able to copy and paste the current appointment on multiple dates.
