We Agree completely- this is an issue we would like an alert if a resource is double booked. It would also be nice if we only have one resource, example one modus pro Cartessa, laser, and three providers for that laser, if that laser could only be booked once. It is creating a scheduling catastrophe and your software can't keep up. It needs to step up. Envision was a better option when it came to creating an easier time for the front desk where this matter is concerned it is hard when making appointments and organizing schedules for lots of providers- we need to count on the software to catch thing like not being able to book one resource for 3 people at one time. The services the lasers are providing are high dollar services that our clients have to plan for, this is not a minor inconvenience. This issue is costing us booking and appointment options.
