    Please make this possible. Closing it is such a pain when trying to go between what Billie has suggested & what you are working on. I use Billie ALL the time & I love it, but not being able to minimize the screen is annoying. Thank you!

    YES! Please make a popup stating "Do you want to apply account credit" or at least highlight the credit to make it stand out. Our staff are not applying the credit because they forget to check & the client isn't mentioning it until they have already checked out.
