We need an option for applying gift card/membership/package at the time of checkout through the Client Portal. This technology currently exists on Vagaro and Acuity and should not require us to change our business practice to fit the program. We don’t have a reception desk. We have been a fully prepaid service, for the last 5 years. Our systems are to protect our staff, money, and time. We already work hard, and this creates a bad user experience for our clients. Thanks.
