The mobile app has the colors correct but not the desktop! Gray or dark colors should be for unavailable and white for available! Its so difficult to look at when its the opposite! I cant believe after all this time of being suggested it hasn't been changed yet.

Yes, I agree this is critical! We have independent contractors and hourly employees and our hourly employees have the capabilities to accept walk ins/last minute booking however our contractors need lead times in order to make it into the salon if they are not here already, we need to be able to completely customize these options per employee profile or we run the risk of loosing business by setting lead times out so far or a client booking with not enough time for them to get here.

Yes! I want to still be able to see that appointment on the calendar since it was booked but just show in red or something that it was a late cancel or no show and a fee was charged.

Yes! Being able to allow us to modify the cancelation fee options at check out, because sometimes we will even do a discount on the fee or need to charge different fees for different occasions not just a generic set amount. Like 100% for a no show or 50% for a late cancel.

This!! I am missing so many requests because I can only see them from my desktop but I am on my mobile device more than my desktop! The mobile app needs a SERIOUS overhaul on its features
