    Having an appointment status color code system would be very helpful for our IV therapy clinic. For example:

    Orange = appointment made but not confirmed
    Green = appointment made and confirmed
    Purple = late for the appointment
    Yellow = appointment started/arrived
    Red = appointment invoiced/closed but charting is incomplete
    Blue = appointment invoiced/closed and charting has been completed
