    The entire cancellation fee logic needs to be redone. You should NOT be discounting a service to get to the actual cancellation fee. There was no service to be had! It messed up several areas of the system

    The whole cancellation logic in Boulevard is wrong. Currently, they are discounting the service to get to the cancellation fee which creates all sorts of issues in the system.
