    Also, maybe have a widget for the feedback to be used on our websites! As others mentioned, the info doesnt help since we cant publicly do anything with them!

    I would also like to be able to NOT spam every single client, every single time. If we could only send every 4/5 visits, or if they already left feedback do not ask them again!
