    Clients need to sign a 24hr cancellation policy before they finish their booking. So many clients opt out because they think we won't be able to charge them after they miss so many appointments. It needs to be something that is required before they can finish their booking.

    THIS! We use BLVD for our system at TONI&GUY and I have to explain a lot to clients that no, you're not paying full price; there is a discount on here.
