The fact that online self bookings are the majority of most first time appointments, combined with the criticality of referral source for marketing purposes, budgeting and overall customer service, deems this update imperative and begs the question why has this not been done before?
Additionally, the referral source should be REQUIRED input for online bookings, as well as staff appointed.
