    The current verbiage doesn't work for some businesses. In cases where there is a flat dollar amount fee and when the service price is lowered, it reduce the cancellation fee automatically. Some businesses may not want to share the full service price online which makes it available for competitors to see. Wish there was a way to customize the verbiage.
