We're in conversations with Shawn about his issue here. Kudos to him for catching what might be a bug that we plan to fix. We've also been able to adjust Precision Scheduling's settings to better suit their preferences. Please reach out to support if you'd like to adjust how Precision Scheduling works for your business. This is a great idea. Setting pre-book rules for individual services makes sense. A service that may require a practitioner may need online limits (i.e. only bookable 12+ hours in advance) where non-practitioner based services (resource, or a sauna for example) we would like to have the public be able to book up to 30min before.
An additional way to add useful function would be to make practitioners and resources have individual book ahead settings!
