We would love to be able to adjust our tickets. Even if it's a priviledge group. We should be able to open a closed ticket and make product or service adjustments.

Our stylists would love a personal booking link. If you could select the stylist and THEN the service this would be ideal. Right now its backwards! Lets fix this!!

We should be able to edit a ticket once it is closed. Even if that is a management feature. It's awful that we have to make a new ticket. ON our old, not nearly as great software we could always make edits and add a payment!!!
